I want to say thank you for the Dr Michael his really nice dr Pharmacy before I have some problems With someone work there The important things When I come explain to him everything what happened with me He just asked me give me the date and the time he was here and I will check everything Give him information And he really care and always you can feeling when you pick up Your medication he want make sure You understand how we use it and if you have a question give you enough time to explain to you He is really good man Good doctor good human
We suffer from racism with some people because we are of Arab origin, but I feel happy because I am writing about this doctor who serves you with all love and respect. He is a messenger for humanity and for his work as a doctor

Every time I go I have to wait to buy something because someone is buying ice cream. Ice cream isn't 50 cents anymore you guys make good money off of it, staff the front accordingly or put in a self checkout. Sometimes I just want to run in and run out and that is never possible. Please staff accordingly or put in a self check out. This is getting ridiculous. It's a real problem. Besides the lack of staff I like the Rancho Rite Aid.

Such a random location, almost hidden, didn’t know this was here. Very large parking lot. Lots of spaces available, kind of disorganized inside, lots of empty shelves, employees were upfront talking, not sure I’d come back to this location.

After a year of problems with Rite-Aid, they finally did the ultimate digression. On December 29th I went to the Rite-Aid Pharmacy on 19th in Rancho Cucamonga. I take an opiate for my arthurites. That day when I arrived an Asian woman Jane H. sold me 60 Fake Oxycontin pills a placebo. When I challenged them, they acted as if I was problem, not them. Rite-Aid is in receivership from filing Bankruptcy chapter 11. Hopefully they'll all be closed and people won't have to get burned like I did. Don't go there, there are plenty of other options. .

I must say that the pharmacy staff will go out of their way to take care if their customers. It doesn't matter if you are being treated for a chronic condition or an acute condition. The pharmacist are especially wonderful.

I agree with others; the pharmacy service is very poor, especially the Asian pharmacy woman who is unfriendly, rude, and stuck up. When we come asking for help, it adds stress and confusion instead. I will not be coming to this pharmacy anymore.

It’s amazing how the pharmacy service is great when the pharmacist Michael is there . What’s more amazing when he isn’t there the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist are so rude and cold they seem like they hate their job. I just don’t understand it at all .It’s sad and shameful for management to allow such thing . I also want to add this isn’t only my opinion several of my other neighbors observed exactly what happened to me continuously when I go there when Michael isn’t there .

I have used several years, but I have to change other store. I had a bad experice when I picked up medications. She is really bad attitude and manners. I will not go this store any more.

Absolutely best pharmacy I've been too.Michael the pharmacy manager is the greatest. He's so friendly and on top of things. His crew is on the same page which is huge. Everyone there has wonderful customer service. The store employees are very friendly as well. If you live in the area you need to give this pharmacy your business. Keep up the amazing work Michael and crew!!!!

I have been shopping here for over a decade. Love the staff they are very friendly BUT how can you have your ac not working for what seems like 2 months!? I just bought a box of milk duds and opened them up to eat them and they are disgusting! Melted together and discolored (lighter brown then usual). The first box i grabbed opened up cuz i think the heat melted the seal on the box! i can't imagine how much of their candy is melted and they are selling it like that?! What's the de?
