The pharmacy staff at Rite Aid are praised for their exceptional service and care. Customers highlight the wonderful pharmacists, especially Michael, who goes out of his way to take care of his patients. However, some customers have experienced rude and cold behavior from the pharmacy staff when the exemplary pharmacists are not present, which is disappointing. Overall, Rite Aid is described as an "absolutely best pharmacy" with friendly and helpful staff across the store.
I must say that the pharmacy staff will go out of their way to take care if their customers. It doesn't matter if you are being treated for a chronic condition or an acute condition. The pharmacist are especially wonderful.
