These guys are great. So helpful and lots of critters to choose from to feed other critters. Lots of snakes and lizards etc in stock. Cool place to browse or buy large rats.

This store is the best place in all of Rancho cucamonga to get anything you need for your scaled little friend. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. You can tell that reptiles are their passion. My 10 year old son said it that when he grows up he wants to work there! Amazing people, really. Better prices than petsmart and the animals don't look all sad and malnourished. I think other pet stores could take a tip from these guys.

GAVE WRONG INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FEED MY FROG AND THEN 15 MINUTES AFTER I GOT HOME HE WAS DEAD. BAD ANIMAL CONDITIONS.

Staff was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable this location was out of our area but had to be out in Rancho for other reasons but close enough that it really wasn't out of our I really appreciate that reptile island location staff totally awesome staff ( we are really close to the Yorba Linda location) also love the friendly pups that hang around the stores, anyways if you are looking for unique reptiles they have some of the most beautiful and amazing color patterns especially the snakes I really wish I could've taken the Applegate Gopher snake home. Just don't have enough room for another critter right now.

I visited this store today and was appalled by the conditions of the animals. Malnourished snakes, ball pythons kept with no humidity or hides, most with bad sheds stuck. Every enclosure was dangerously unkempt and full of feces. Absolutely do not purchase an animal from these abusers.
