I got very bad service with unprofessional girl, they did my set and it has lifted second day. She was applying the gel for me with unprofessional way it was all on my skin , I told them I am traveling and want the set secure to last me. Christina and yun did that. Was very disappointed from the way they treated me

Worst experience. Don’t recommend this place ever. I had an appointment and i had to wait for more than 30 min to start. Very rude front office especially the girl she doesnt know how to deal with the clients. When you checked out you pay your amount but when you checked your bank account you find out a totally different amount they deduct it without saying or notify you! They said it’s 3% processing fee so why you do not tell me about it before paying? No one told me about it. Very rude so unprofessional customer service! Do not ever go to this place they steal your money with very bad service and manner.

This place is horrible from the front receptionist Michelle with her rudeness to Matty the nail tech in the back. This place over prices and just not it. Don’t recommend to anyone to go here. Go else where make the drive !

I've been a regular here for years and they have never failed to provide the utmost hospitality for my entire family! The nail techs have been incredibly nice, and the manager of the store, Will, is always attentive, friendly, and courteous to each and every client that comes into the store. He has always been very professional and caring for all clients, new and returning to ensure the best experience for them. There have even been times where I have seen the manager step in to help the nail techs with the clients, which I find admirable as a business. You definitely get what you pay for here, great service and I 100% recommend this place to anyone I talk to!

I had a great experience at renaissance nails. I've been coming here for years and haven't had any complaints. It is a very relaxing and clean environment to enjoy yourself in and the technicians are very kind and welcoming.

Had the pleasure of visiting this nails salon daily, and each time was an absolute delight. The staff is incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. They attentively address any concerns or problems I have, making me feel valued as a customer. Their dedication to excellence truly sets them apart. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been a customer for over 10+ years. I moved away and came back into the area and they still have fabulous service and technicians. Management and all of the staff are wonderful people. Steven is the manager. He goes above and beyond. Kim does my pedicure and she is amazing. Tiffany is my nail tech and she is also amazing! They know what I like and I can just come and relax and not have to be concerned. I get the same great service every time. That is the type of place I want to spend my money. Pleasant music and they always offer beverages upon your arrival as well. They have a rewards program in place as well. I love this place and look forward to coming each time to do MY ME TIME. Lastly, I drive 20 minutes from my immediate area to go to this place. It is so worth it to me because I am picky but I know what I like and I get royal treatment each time I go there. Thanks Renaissance. Keep up the great work!

Only gave two stars because it was clean and the leg masage was good. I got a full set of nails. Wrote down acrylic set and got builder gel because the lady was confused. How I don't know. The set was lumpy with no apex or uniform shape. She didn't push back cuticles or do proper nail prep at all. I got a file cut on two fingers. Builder gel lifted at corners of tips on day 2, day 3 a corner of the builder gel cracked off from the tip. Day 5 nails began to lift at cuticles, and all nails were separated from the nail extension at the tips. Polish began to peel off at tips of 3 nails. Mind you, the nail is short to mid length square shape. Nothing long and exciting like so many do now. Pedicure was good but she did cut the tip of my middle toe somehow. Polish on toes is still on and looks good. Would not recommend this place for a full set of nails. I have now began to file it off and fix the nails at home myself. Not worth the 85 I spent. Never again. Last photo is my left hand I did at home to fix it.

Sadly I had to give them 1 star to be able to leave this review, they don’t deserve the 1 star. Reading other reviews they pick and choose who to give good service. It started off a little wrong when I called for appointments a Male answered rudely and trying to rush me off the phone. We went there because my Sister goes there and recommended us and we were doing a girls day out. They picked the wrong customers, first time and last time going to them for a pedi and mani. Both of my daughters had techs that didn’t listen to their request. One daughter just had a tattoo not to long ago and she told the tech for her not to touch it well you could just imagine. Then the colors and shape were off. Second daughter also had a request and again the tech didn’t listen didn’t care. They both said the tech’s were rude older females. This place is over price for their service $103 for one daughter ridiculous nothing extra just their product on her own nails. Waste of time and money. My Sister’s tech June does do good work she is a younger tech. Well that didn’t happen for us, maybe she’s the only one with experience and does good work. Definitely sticking with my nail place, customer service for everyone new and old clients, prices reasonable and work from the techs never a complaint.
