I have been in a condo for a year, managed by Reaction Realty and it has been great to date. All maintenance concerns/issues have been addressed immediately and they have been so flexible. I am so bad with names, Sorry!, but it was Lorraine or Corinne showed us the place 1 yr ago and just did our 1st year inspection and we'll be here for another year or as long as they have us. Thank you for being so sweet and helpful.

If you are a homeowner using this company for property management I would stay FAR AWAY and use a different company who is more qualified and knows how to give exceptional customer service. Ron's customer service was always sub par during the entire process. It seemed like anytime we had to talk to him regarding business related things, it seemed like we were a bother, which makes no sense since we are the clients and we should be receiving awesome customer service all the time. It wasn't until the end of the service is where we saw Rons true colors. We live in a different state and our property that was being managed by Ron was in the state he was in. When our tenants planned to move out we decided to sell our home and because we didn't choose Ron to be our realtor he decided to have vengeance on us and stop all property management duties towards the end of our contract, which sucks because that's one of the most important part. He didn't want to help with our tenants move out process, which makes no sense because thats the whole reason someone hires a property management company to completely all duties from start to finish. Ron didn't want to do the final walk thru with our tenants, he didn't want to retrieve the keys, garage opener etc. He also refused to handle the security deposit. And there was no way we could handle these process from states away. So Ron left us high and dry and didn't look back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL FOR ANY SERVICES. RUN! Also I'm sure Ron will respond to this saying "our contract ended" which is why he didn't step in but again SCAM ALERT he intentionally made sure the date on the contract was for his needs where he wouldn't be legally obliged to fulfill his remaining duties as the property manager. My thing is if the contract was up, why wouldn't you still be a good human and help your clients who have been great/easy clients to work with and finish out the process? Instead of leave us high and dry to figure it out states away, all because he was mad we didn't choose him as a our Realtor? Sounds super immature, unprofessional and cruel. It all worked out in the end we found a great realtor to help us in the end!

Scam Alert!!! Don't waste your time with this BS company!!! I saw a property on their website that I was interested in and attempted to schedule an appointment to view it. I was told the tenants still live there, but I would be notified when they move out and the property was ready for viewing. I finally received an email to schedule a viewing so I did. The first day of viewing my appointment was cancelled by Reaction Realty. I rescheduled for the following day and that appointment was also cancelled by Reaction Reality. The third day I called and was told the House had been rented already. This was extremely frustrating; this company clearly has unfair practices.

Reaction Realty has been a staple business in the Inland Empire for many years. I want to highlight Leia Sosa specifically for being a great realtor and being an excellent communicator through transactions. My little family and I are renting through this company and I have to say WOW! It was such an easy process, no hassle and they respond very quickly. Sandra, Lorraine and Ron are very helpful, straight to the point and accommodating. thank you Reaction Realty for not only being an easy breeze but for giving us the opportunity to stay in one of their beautiful homes, allowing my girls , hubby and I to live comfortably. The property is beautiful, well taken care of and if there were any small fixes- they stay on top of it. This is easily a 5 star review. I would recommend everyone to check their website out as well they show upcoming listings too. Thanks guys!!!!

Working with the community should mean at the very least you should have basic customer service skills. Instead of explaining why someone was denied of their application on a $97 hospital bill from 4 years ago when every other criteria was met (credit score etc) and answering with "it's just a hard NO idk" try showing up to work with a better attitude or sit your ass at home.

We have been renting via Reaction Realty for almost a year and it has been a great experience. We've always been impressed with their use of technology, including the renter application, approval, maintenance work order, and inspection processes - all were easy, hassle-free, and quick. The team (Sandra, Ron, and Lorraine) has always been very responsive to all our requests and keeps us informed of progress. I wish I could keep them wherever we go :)

Whenever I have had an emergency or repair that needed to be looked at, Reaction Realty has been very responsive and sent help asap. The staff has been friendly and professional over the few years I have worked with them.
