I'm a new patient at this practice and as everyone says Dr Singh is great, knowledgeable and caring, both my husband and I are very happy about the service. But, I have to say Dr Barbara is incredible, she is by far the best best doctor I have seen in my life. I have lingering cough for the past 5 month and I have been taking allergy medication resulting in dry throat. Dr Barbara suspected of Asthma and tested me for it and prescribed Asthma medication for me. Right away my cough stopped, and no more dry throat, no need to take any allergy medication anymore AND ALSO it resolved a problem I have been suffering for the past 6 years. For unknown reasons I have mucus in my throat and I have tried many medications, saw specialist many times, changed diet, no eating after 6pm... finally gave up looking for solutions and voila the asthma medication cleared my throat. I couldn't believe it, I'm finally able to sleep at night without the feeling of drowning in my own saliva and avoiding pizza and all milk products. I'm looking forward for my follow up visit to check if I should continue with the Asthma medication. Anyway, I'm so grateful she tested me for Asthma. I always cough for many month after a flu and no doctor ever tested me for Asthma before. I'm so so grateful and so so happy I got to see her on my visit.

NP Barbara Santacruz is INCREDIBLE! I started at Rancho Wellness last year when my primary care retired and I couldn't be happier! I have seen her for yearly wellness and for nonallergic rhinitis and her thoroughness, knowledge are remarkable. She takes the time to explain and answer questions and finds solutions. If you are looking for a primary look no further. Rancho Wellness and all their staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I am so happy to have them as my primary. Thank you.

I recently moved back to , California from Arizona and it needed a primary. Dr. Singh was recommended to me and he is a very personable and thorough doctor. He takes a lot of interest in takes his time speaking with you.

NP Heidi Larson is the greatest! I’ve been to many medical professionals and when I tell you she takes her time, I can’t explain in words. She’s ready, able and willing to answer any and all questions which is rare to find. Most importantly, she doesn’t make me feel like cattle being herded along. She shows compassion and treats me like a valued patient. Not to mention she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very courteous and professional. Wait times are pretty much non-existent. You check in and are called within 5-10 minutes.

Dismissive and combative.Glanced at my chart before entering the room and immediately started talking about a diagnosis. Hadn’t looked at my lab results. Hadn’t evaluated me. Hadn’t asked any type of qualifying question.I feel worst than I’ve ever felt related to my pre existing diagnosis of 15+ years and really wanted to rule out there being anything else going on.The more questions I asked the more annoyed she seemed. My appointment was likely no more than 10 minutes.Our medical system is in shambles. I’m switching care providers after this experience.

I regularly see Heidi, but my last few visits have been with Barbara. Both ladies are outstanding and very knowledgeable. I've been with this office over 13 years now and can not say enough nice things about them.

Barbara is the best! My first visit with her last week was wonderful, she’s very professional, she listened to all my concerns and didn’t rush me, unlike other doctors she took her time with me. For the first time I felt like I have been listened. She really cares for her patients. She’s also very sweet. I’m very happy I found Rancho Wellness and thankful to Barbara for her compassion and kindness.

First, I truly wanted to like this place, mainly for the location was close to home, nice atmosphere, insurance biller was pretty good, so I brought the whole clan. They were good with my teens. But, I had some trouble with their doctors competence or who knows. My husband was first to notice my degree of drowsiness went from occasional to taking short naps at my gym's parking lot right after work, when he checked on me. I literally needed extra sleep on shopping trips. After $$$$ spent on diagnostics, several medical exams and interpretations that led to wait and see approach that obviously didn't work. I felt like my care was going in circles. Hearing that my diet was only to blame for the high calcium levels for years, and my condition was getting worse. I took matters into my own hands and googled, highly PTH came up and why wasn't it ordered on blood tests, who knows. But UCLA had a specialist right away diagnosed me and saw my tumor without a scan and wondered how docs missed the tumor. Fast forward, my husband took me in for my surgery. Afterwards, I felt better, no more strange cold achy bones, kidney issues and tiredness m.

I went to the office yesterday for the first time 3/6/24, I absolutely love everyone there there very polite and want to help you. I have hearing loss due to multiple sclerosis, and they all were very understanding and talked up so I could hear them. I can’t say enough about this drs office the best experience I’ve had in over 19 years.
