Urgent care in San AntonioRancho Cucamonga location is a joke. Extremely RUDE staff specially the Asian girl who takes you in for blood pressure at first. I waited for 1:30 min in the waiting room and another 45 minutes in the room, a nurse practitioner came in who did not really knew what she was talking about and uncertain. Paying for a doctor but seeing a nurse practitioner. It’s like going to restaurant this maybe that?????????After almost 3 hrs….. Do not recommend this urgent care ever and I will try not to come back here again.

As an Irgent care they did very well. They are one of the few urgent care's that do xrays. The only thing I did not like was you have to check in on a computer kiosk (like ordering at McDonald's). It was easy but I could see older people or people who are not computer proficient having problems.

Horrible horrible horrible. We had to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor who was really incompetent on what she was doing. We ended up with leaving the location without getting any treatment and reliable diagnosis.

This review is for the urgent care, had a bad Experience with Prescription problems, after calling Multiple times and being put on hold with a total of 2hr wait to speak with someone at urgent care to get my prescription fixed and 3 trips to Pharmacy I had to fix the issue with my own phone to make contact with Pharmacy and urgent care, I will not Recommend this Urgent care to anyone I know, or will never visit here again.

This Urgent Care has truly changed!!! The people here are absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Did I say HORRIBLE! I literally was in a ton of pain from legs cramping up during the night. Got out of my bed to come here….the girl at the check in, was so RUDE with the worst attitude!! The Dr. Was incompetent! She was literally going to let me go home without even offering any type of medication to relieve my pain! Unbelievable! I guess I got out of bed drove here in excruciating pain just to pay a copay??!?!? I will NEVER EVER EVER come here again!! She asked me literally everything about exercising that perhaps could have caused the pain …it took me to suggest maybe it’s the change in my medications??? Then she tried to gas light me as if she suggested that? Bethany was the best part of that visit! Hopefully, she’ll get out of there soon! That place is a HORRIBLE!

This hospital is very inaccurate. Took a covid test for pre surgery and they say test was positive. The home test I took before I went to them and after they gave these results both said negative. Seem like someone wanted to stall the surgery.

I do have to say I have been coming here for many years. I get my mammograms done here and I have seen other doctors here and always had a great experience. Today was no different. I had my mammogram done like I do every year and I seem to be getting the same very sweet lady. Her name is Diane and I could say that she makes it fun. She communicates during the process and makes you laugh and I seriously feel no type of discomfort. She is absolutely the best. Remember her name is Diane She's caring, and gentle and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Absolutely horrible experience, do not bring your child here. My son had a high fever along with cough, runny nose, etc. We were the only ones there and when we arrived my son was crying uncontrollably, he seemed to get worse on the car ride over and I was asking if they could please check his temperature (again the ONLY people in the waiting room because it was christmas). The lady at the front desk said after you fill out your paperwork and pay your copay. My son is 3 years old, you can't check his fever until you get your $35?! Then we go back the doctor runs her tests, everything is negative and at this point his fever has dropped (I had given him Motrin). She says he may need a chest x ray the next day to make sure it's not pneumonia, if his fever spikes again or he starts crying inconsolably then take him to the er. We stay up and watch him all night, his fever stays down, so first thing in the morning we go to the lab they sent us for his X-ray. After waiting about 45mins we find out they sent us to the wrong place and the doctor did not sign the paperwork. They tell us to go back over and ask them for the right paperwork and get a signature. I go back to the urgent care, they are extremely dismissive and they tell me they have to wait for the doctor to sign it. I'm waiting 15 minutes, I go up and ask again for the paperwork and am told to wait, same thing at 30 mins, 45 mins, now it's an hour and I'm sitting here with my sick child who does not want to be there, already waited 45 mins at the x ray lab and now an hour to get a signature on paperwork THEY messed up. I see the nurse come out to call people back and I ask her about my paperwork, she says they are waiting for the doctor to sign it. AN HOUR LATER?! So I tell her you need to walk it to her now, my son is 3 and this is their mistake. It's not fair to make him wait. She rudely says that I should take him to the emergency room then. WHAT?! Because you didn't prepare the right paperwork or get the right signature?? My son had no fever, he was acting completely normal besides being sick, there was no need to tell me to go to the hospital. She said "they'll be able to do your x ray and give him medicine there." No. I'm sorry, DO BETTER. How long does it take to get a signature? They do not care at all about their patients. I was disgusted at how we were treated.

Front desk urgent care check in... awesome. Bedside manner of nursing staff... horrible. Nursing staff had the audacity to say.. " its not like she's going to die", when asked a simple question to clarify what we were waiting on moving forward. Dont waste time on unprofessional care here.

Brought my baby in with breathing problems and they really did not care. The lady that took his vitals looked at me like I was waist if her time. Waited 3 hours for a doctor to see him and when I asked how much longer they said they’re busy soooooo… and just stared at me.

Awful place. The clerk behind the counter denied my daughter X-ray service stating the Dr didn't fill out the referral properly. Couldn't read his signature. Her boss agreed. Meaning my adolescent daughter was denied an X-ray. Didn't matter I had insurance didn't matter I had a referral these two awful human beings didn't care about my daughters pain. After all they couldn't read a doctors name.
