Let me start off by saying this is the most expensive storage place you can ever go to. We went from paying $200-$430 less than a year and to pay for something that is this expensive. The doors are very hard to open the storage units on the outside that we were renting has a very big gap at the top and it gets very windy and dusty over there so all your stuff that’s in there boxes, everything is gonna have layers and layers of dust. So pretty much you’re paying for a dust box. don’t take my answer for it when you get there just look up. You’ll see a big gap and the doors are very hard to open. They do not maintenance the doors even when you ask and let them know that the door is hard to open. And the icing on the cake when I told the gentleman in the office about the unit that we have inside, we were going to move everything out and I let him know that I never opted in on automatic payment. So now I’m overdrawn on my credit card and all he can say is there’s nothing I can do you already paid and you did not write them a letter telling them that you no longer want to keep your stuff in their storage this is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard the worst storage unit ever I found another one same size at another place more than half the price do you research before getting a unit here like I said, don’t take my answer for itdo research.

The young man work was very friendly and able to give information to help me obtain a rental unit. I definitely would recommend this place and if needed i will come back to rent from here.

Would love to get the corporate number to this storage. The so called manager has been extremely rude and not providing us customer service. We have the lease agreement that states the info we are telling her but she says she doesn't care what we spoke about and agreed on with the previous supervisor/manager. I need to speak to someone above her and unfortunately I can not remember her name right now.

Overall the experience was good. The facility is clean and the storage is safe.The reason for my 3 star review is because I called the month prior because I received a notification of a price increase. I called them and told them I would be moving all my stuff out. When the staff asked why I was moving I told her it was because of the price increase I which she said she could talk to the.l supervisor and get back to me in a couple days. They never got back to me and I was charged $200. When I complained about it they said there was nothing that could be done. Just found it unfair since it was my intention to move out to save myself the $200.
