I love this store location and I enjoy the products that they have, but something I wished they carried here was BeatBox!!! It would help especially for the liquor section.

100% unacceptable! The sushi "chef" was on his phone while preparing sushi! This is disgusting! As we all know, our cell phones are disgustingly filthy. It carries germs/bacteria & possibly ecoli! I watched him while he sat his phone down, and continued to touch everything with his gloves, EXCEPT soap & water! (I circled the salmon in blue) he literally just took the salmon out of the fridge with those gloves.

We buy our lobster tails from this store on a regular basis. They never disappoint. The staff there is super nice too!

Ehhh, some of the associates are rude and lack basic customer service. I’ve had a few incidences with one particular female associate.Dont even care to remember her name, just avoid her at this point…The bakery department also seems to be very disorganized. I ordered a cake three days ahead, gave them plenty of time to get my order completed before the requested pickup time of 2:30, I even came later (3pm) and was told it was still not completed…definitely not the best Ralph’s in town but manageable and convenient I guess.

First off I'd like by stating the good. Super clean and Great store to shop at. Although, 5 years of shopping here, the Starbucks now dissatisfies and disappoints me. The customer service is terrible and Manager is a b1t c h "Zoe" Manager is not only rude to us (multiple witnesses) but rude to a fantastic team. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THE STARBUCKS. I spoke with store manager "maya" but she also didn't do anything about it. This is absolutely unacceptable, Disgusting and ridiculous for "professional" behavior. I definitely will be calling corporate!

Normally don't do reviews but this Ralphs use to fill up your balloons and just charge you for the Helium. The person Michelle seemed in a bad mood, when I asked her she said no . Didn't even try to help. Wasted my gas! Had to go to another local Ralph's who did charge me for the helium! Go to the one off Highland. They just lost a customer. Moving forward going to the one off Highland .
