This pharmacy has always been great for my family. They caught a prescription for my son years ago that he had allergies to. They also have taken amazing care of my mom. They help monitor her prescriptions since she has a couple of doctors. They have even helped make suggestions on lower cost options that doctors don't do.

I have literally shopped at Ralph's for almost 20 years and I think I'm going to take my business elsewhere... this store has totally gone downhill since Covid..... I still dont think they've totally recovered.They are constantly out of products that should always be available. Low stock... couldn't reach items on the top shelf of the dairy because they hadn't been pushed forward.... Don't feel like anyone is keeping things neat and stocked.Usually only have one actual check stand open .... I don't mind scanning my own stuff if I have less than 10 or so items.... But having half a cart and only one check stand open drives me nuts. And finally my biggest peeve with the store is the number of items in the aisle....there are so few aisles that are not blocked with merchandise .... It's nearly impossible to navigate.Went to stater bros down the street and was sooooo happy to see items I wanted, many check stands open and nice clutter free wide open aisles.I'm gonna start making the further drive

This store is close to my home and it has been my grocery store since it opened. I find my self now visiting other stores more often. The carts here are old and don't seem very well maintained. Also the lot to the south of the store where I normally park has become a big rig truck parking area. There have been three large trucks there the last two times I've visited the store.

I normally go to this Ralph's because it's less busy. But it's probably empty because they're so racist. We were checking out in the self-checkout and the young blond employee just kept staring at us (yes we were the only minorities there). Then she comes over and asks if we had scanned our water. She obviously saw we did since she didn't take her eyes off of us. We told her yes and she didn't believe us and proceeds to check the screen. Dear Ralph's if you don't trust us to scan our own stuff then remove self checkout. Yes this lady targeted us out of everyone else checking out. I will not be returning to this Ralph's, I will take my money elsewhere where I am valued as a customer. I read the other one star reviews and I guess being racist is a trend at this store.

Great atmosphere and even a good selection, but something that would make it better would be the fact that if they carried Beatbox in the liquor section. Definitely would make me want to go there over the Stater brothers down the street

This Ralph's on Highland and Daycreek in Rancho has become my go to market, even though Albertsons is closer to me, because of the far superior customer service here. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The staff always acknowledge me in the checkout, in an isle or even in the parking lot! I have never had bad service here. I started coming here during the pandemic for the free parking lot pickup and was so happy and impressed with the service and the friendliness of the people that I kept coming back ever since. I highly recommend this Ralphs.

i just want to give Paris, one of the cake people a shout out. She went out of her to get me a fabulous cake for my mom's 93rd bday. She was willing and able to extend such great service while I was in a predicament too.She was very helpful. She is an asset to Ralph's. I would shop again for a cake with her next time i need one again.

This is my favorite Ralph's in the area. Has cheaper prices than Stater Bros. The inside is always well kept and the customer service is always great. I have never needed to go to another store because they were out of things other than toilet tissue during the pandemic lol. They have an app than you can see weekly sales as well. Things are easy to find and if you're having trouble there's always people available that know where it is. Pros: lines are never long here and they always have self checkout available Cons: I think they can do better with fruit. But that can be a Ralph's thing rather than the store location

I've been waiting to write this review for a while now but wow I am so glad I didn't get this job. The manager was EXTREMELY racist . I am not 100% sure but her name was Lisa Marseilles. I've seen it from the start. She told my cousins she wasn't welcomed (we are both Mexican) when my cousin would just walk me to the store, she was NOT loitering nor causing any disruption. They should be more concerned with the random homeless people that wait around in the front rather than my cousin. Nonetheless my FAMILY member was just walking me to the front of the doors to make sure I got in safe to work. Overall Lisa was rude and you could tell she overworks her employees, she needs to be FIRED because the amount of customers and employees that complain should have HER embarrassed to the point where she should quit. Never coming to this Ralph's again.

why does it say accepts apple pay when they clearly do not. i went in with only my phone because i looked up before they accepted APPLE PAY (wireless transaction) i go to check out only had celery salt.. lady comes to help me at self check out telling me they don't accept it . why does it say that on maps for all of them... whatever glad i shop at stater bros instead because this was a waste of gas huge inconvenience.

Store was clean and well stocked, but the lines were long and they didn't bother to open up more registers. Restroom needs some cleaning throughout the day.

Came this morning for a few last minute items. It's sad they they haven't had any lactose free gallon milk for the past month. Plus, they don't carry lactose free butter. Guess I'll have to go to another grocery store to find those items Happy Thanksgiving Day everyone!

Thank you Ethan for being very attentive. They had limited personnel but he was still kind enough and patient to assist us. I see this kid becoming great with customer service or management in the future. As for the store, it is clean and filled with what we need.

Had a wonderful experience at Ralphs today. I was there around 10:30 a.m. Starting with one of the employees picking up trash that was left by someone else (banana peel) in the parking lot, the deli employee that is always pleasant and got my order of deli meat and macaroni salad exactly right, and the employee at the self-check that scanned my order for me and packed it up. They all wore name tags but I didn't remember the names. The store looks great - there have been a lot of improvements in the interior of the store, shelves are stocked and new items are being added. I like the way the dairy and produce sections have been redesigned. Makes for very pleasant shopping experience.
