My wife had a blood draw two days ago by this tech Laura. She seemed she did not know how to do it . I noticed when she inserted the needle into my blood vein, some air might have got into the tube and the blood might have been contaminated. But she went ahead to withdraw 4 vials of blood anyway ( each vial holds about 6-10 ML of blood) . A few hour later, she called me and told me go back to the lab and she needed to redraw the blood because of contaminated blood cells ? WTF ? You think our blood like water and you can draw as much as you want. First of all, we are not ALBINO RATS. I have this highly safety concerns of transmitted diseases. Secondly, I don't think you had the blood drawn correctly. Now you have all my blood wasted and you want to draw more of my blood to cover your mistake. I would not let you do it to me again or to other people. I would talk to my attorney to take further action if needed. I have never had experienced this kind of nonsense for my blood drawn for the last 20 years. How could this people got the job if they don't know what they are doing ???

This place has gone downhill! It's awful!!! Phlebotomist are very nice however, their new system is awful. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. Having to fast and this office not being efficient is not a good combination. Note to everyone who have made an appointment but decided to walk in in the morning to try to get in earlier. Do not do it. You will waste your time, they do not take walk-ins if you already have an appointment however the system does not reject your walk-in check-in. Which means you're just waiting for nothing.

The wait is horrible, they say there are no appointments but they only call appointments there is nobody to draw blood from walk-ins

There isn't good signage on the outside to understand where you enter the building. It was so unclear, I had to ask three different people where it was. Even though I had an appointment, I waited 40 minutes!!!! The time when I got in the room to get my blood drawn to complete was just 5 minutes so clearly there is an issue with them overbooking. The check in kiosk was broken (you couldn't scan your ID) yet since no one is working in that lobby, time and time again people would try to use the machine and then give up and go to another. A simple "out of order" sign would have saved so many the frustration. Poorly managed likely in an attempt to increase profits. Terrible.

Employees refusal to draw labs is impacting my care. Employee which is neither a nurse or Dr believed to know what my Dr wanted me to do. As it is to early to call for clarification I will either have to miss work or not get blood work done. Keep up the good work.

I needed to get some bloodwork drawn last minute right after my doctors appointment. Crystal helped me and she was very friendly kind and caring. I appreciated the experience I had here I'll definitely be coming back.

Staff was really kind and welcoming. I came in as a walk in luckily it wasn't as busy that day. Thank you to Rocio who kindly took care of my blood work.

This location is terrible. Waiting is too long. I first showed up seven minutes late and the system didn’t let me check in. Next time I was early but they made me wait 30 mins. They shouldn’t schedule so many appointments if they are going to be understaffed. Not a well managed location.

iPad check in experience was terrible and workers not helpful. Checked in for a relative while there waited an hour then was told it never went through as there was a glitch even though I received a check in number. After checking in again, we had to wait another 40min.

This place is horrible I checked in around 4:10 pm and waited 30min before telling me that they close at 5pm and they won’t see any walk-ins at 5pm. They are lazy and slow

It's closed and it doesn't tell you that they are closed. You are able to schedule an appointment but not notified they are closed. Waste of gas and time off work for nothing

Absolutely ridiculous that a person cannot be reach. The automated system is useless. What happen to talking to people? All I want to due is set up an appointment!
