I took my High Key Glasses to get the nose pieces replaced and they scratched my glasses when i brought it up to her she said they were already scratched. Take a picture of you glasses before you let they try and fix them :(

This location has the most friendliest employees ever! They take pride in their expertise and their customer service. They are the most patient Associates I've ever dealt with. Took me an hour, but I definitely found my summer collection! LOL

Good luck trying to return or exchange. I put up an argument and was granted what I wanted but I shouldn't have had to argue their return policy!! Especially because I had everything that came with the glasses and I didn't wear them. Come to find out my sister had a similar problem, the glasses they gave her from the drawer were faulty and they blamed her for it!

I ordered 2 sunglasses online from a BOGO free sale and wanted to return one of the pairs. After reading some of the reviews for this store, I was a little nervous, however as a personal habit I always keep the packaging and tags etc. when I purchase something until I use/wear it (just in case I want to return it).. So I already had the plastic bag (with the barcode on it) as well as the protective plastic sleeves. I went to the store and was able to easily exchange them for a new pair. Took me maybe 5 minutes and they all were helpful with my exchange :)

I haven’t even purchased glasses yet, but the customer service that I have received is impeccable. The store is unmatched from anyone I’ve tried to buy glasses from I’m going to come back tomorrow and buy four pairs of glasses.

I just learned about Quay Sunnies in the past few weeks when I happened upon this store. Loved being able to try on so many different styles. All are remarkably comfortable and stylish on. I just wish that the Rx lenses were available in more than single vision. Thanks for offering these great sunnies.

Good luck with a return or exchange even with proof of purchase, unworn pair and being less than 30 days per their policy. They live and breath that little "baggy" it comes with, no question. I mean, who thinks to keep the little bag it comes with? Save yourself from the blood boil and just don't bother with the customer service here (esp. the managers) because.... well...there is none. Just workers taking up space in a store we all needed so badly for our convenience unfortunately. Sadly, I'm now seeing I'm not the only one who's had problems. I was happier as an online customer. Ps. Never got any response from Corp as trending.... Crickets

I went in today to see if I could possibly do an exchange. I had purchased some sunglasses that I was not happy with. I have been a Quay customer for over 5 years, I lovetheir sunglasses. I was excited to see there was a Quay Store at Victoria Gardens. I walked in towards a groups of employees that greeted me (it was 4 of them standing together). I walked up to them to tell them my issue. They all just gave me a blank stares, as they continued to cut out some paper pumpkins on one of their counters. I felt as if they weren't really paying attention to what I was saying because there was awkward silence. One of the girls stated that they could not do anything because I did not have the ziplock that came with the sunglasses. I explained to her that the sales associate that help me at another location threw that away. She told me that she needed that in order for an exchange, and I said " so nothing can be done?" And she said " well how else can we re-sell them without that bag?" (Referring to the ziplock bag) I was honestly really dissatisfied with the way they spoke to me and not really acknowledging my issue when I was first started talking to them. I will not ever return to this location. They really need to work on their customers service connections because looking at other reviews I am not the only one that has had this problem.

Horrible customer service with the exception of only one helpful employee. Great advertised deals but once you get in the door, you find out your choices are very limited. Won't go back!
