Took 30 minutes for them to even start my pedicure. 1 minute massage. The lady next to me looked at me and mouthed is she done? and we both started laughing! Her lady massaged her forever it was so weird! Maybe it was a bad day? Or I had a bad tech? I don't know but I will not be going back! I hate leaving bad reviews but if I can help someone else not to waste their time or money I will!

This is my second time coming here and so far it’s been a great experience. Mia is careful with her work. I’m usually the super simple nail type. Mia recommended flowers and I love it!

They were very detail oriented. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. I will definitely go back. They were very nice there.

They've changed ownership a few months ago. I went in there one day first thing, and they opened. It was not dusted. It was not swept, and the bathrooms were not clean. Garbage was there. They need to improve their sanitation.

I wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately the massage with my pedicure was terrible I’m glad I didn’t get the 15 minute massage. Sometimes I wonder if the nail techs have ever had a leg massage, I personally don’t care to have my shins massaged or in this case ruffed up, the woman was just really rubbing my shins up and down fast I’d prefer my feet and my calves be massaged. My nails came out great but I get the more expensive pedicure for the relaxing massage, I also feel like I can get the same priced pedicure elsewhere but include paraffin wax and a hot stone massage

First time getting my nails done here and the staff is wonderful! Kim, Emma and Luis are so welcoming and kind. They do a great job at cleaning up your nails and the overall vibe was relaxing. Just what I needed after a long work week. Thank you!

Went back after a year, service was excellence. Had a exfoliating pedicure and manicure with gel for $82. Left refreshes. They do gel x too for those Intrested. The ones I saw were gorgeous. Will be back.

First time visiting the salon.... Got my nails done with a matte finish.... Didn't turn up well but called they told me to come in and they would fix....Emily went above and beyond fixing my nails...so happy with the service...definitely will be coming back!

I was satisfied with my service until the very end when I had asked the nail tech to put glitter on my nails to match my toes at the end. The owner agreed to put the glitter on my nails then went to the back to basically talk shit about me in Vietnamese (which I am Vietnamese) for me asking her to put glitter on my nails at last minute. Which the nail salon is now empty by the way. I am not taking up in space. As a mother of 3 kids, who never does anything like this to feel special for myself, I went into Princess nails salon to pretty up my toes & nails for a wedding to make it the entire experience a sweet one but the ending of my visit to Princess Nail Salon killed my entire experience to do something nice for myself. Thank you Princess Nail Salon, I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AGAIN!

I always have such a relaxing time at Princess. The service is very pleasant and friendly. The young man who does my nails, always does a fantastic job. I know I leave the salon with beautiful nails.
