JOSE AND THIS ENTIRE COMPANY ARE THE BEST. If you’re even remotely interested I would recommend this company to anyone who needs RV or boat storage. Jose makes it all so easy and is always super helpful despite busy days. He’s the the nicest guy and working with him is always a pleasure.

Let's start out by saying I've been a long time customer. Since 2019. Storing my 36 ft class A. I have used their indoor and outdoor services. Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so d*** they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot?Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so d*** there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to.Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.

The person answering the phone was nice. Didn't get beyond that. The most astronomical rates I've ever heard of. Quoted at $528/mo for storage of my 28' boat. Must be 3x's every where else. * update * As a response to the business owner Jose, who I don't believe I spoke to. It sounded like a woman, don't remember her name. Or I'm mistaken. Doesn't matter. The boat is 28'. With trailer it would be roughly 33'. My opinion stands. $528 a month for indoor storage is extremely high! I appreciate that you provide extra services. Just an opinion.. maybe that should be on option on the price instead of the whole price.

My review stands. I sent a request for a quote and specifically asked for indoor storage, not confused by any means. They provided a quote that was incorrect and not able to honor it. Then proceed to call me about my review asking me to remove it. I'm sorry but when your company makes a mistake OWN IT. Don't call the customer confused. Wish your company the best of luck but you will not be receiving my business.

We are very happy with Premier Indoor Boat& RV Storage storage facility. Their service and care of our RV is excellent. It is a pleasure to go and pick up our RV not only we find it Shiny and Clean but also turn in the correct direction for an easy exit. The personnel Is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.Thank you, Ori

Jose went above and beyond to take great care of my grandpas boat and to transport it to storage. He was always professional excellent communication very respectful and incredibly helpful. He even sent me a text and picture of my boat once it arrived at the facility. Thank you Jose for doing such an incredible job im blessed to be able to store my boat over there!

Premier Indoor Storage had my Fifth Wheel RV ready and washed really well when I picked it up this past weekend. It was parked with sufficient space between adjacent rigs so that I could open the door, load a few things, and easily hook up and make my turn to exit without coming too close to other RVs in the pickup area. Prremier also checked the air in the tires, which I redundantly checked, and all were exactlly right. They continue to provide high quality storage and care or our RVs on their site. I have been with them for almost 10 years. Highly recommend!

Premier Indoor Boat & RV Storage is like a museum of high end recreational toys. I feel relieved when I drop off my Mastercraft XT22 knowing it will be well taken care of during its pampered indoor stay. 24 hour secure drop off and pick up help with planning our trips. The staff are professional, easy to talk with, and communicate frequently.
