The customer service is very rude. Truly appalling. They do not do their work. They expect the customer to do their work. These 2 females have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They make the company look very, very bad.

Our Jake sectional was delivered Oct 2022. By Nov. 2022 I had to contact customer service because the fabric on a couple cushions was rippling. They replaced 2 seat cushions- inserts and covers. In April 2023 I contacted them again regarding the quality and submitted photos. At that point they (PB and sofa manufacturers) agreed to a one-time courtesy of replacing all cushion inserts, even the back cushions. I changed out the cushions in June. On Nov. 1 I contacted them again that the couch is in terrible condition for only being 1 year old. I own another PB couch and 2 chairs and ottomans. They have held up beautifully! At this point I want them to come get the couch and give me a refund. This has been nothing but trouble! I was told there is nothing they will do. I am stuck with a $5,000 sofa that looks like it belongs on someone's porch.

Wasted a trip down to this location. I wanted to place an order for 2 bedroom sets ($6,000 purchase), but had a couple of questions. Walked around to see if anyone would acknowledge me and ask if I needed help. That never happened. Even had a couple employees walk right by me. Finally decided to leave after waiting a half hour. I thought Pottery Barn was better than this! It should be for the prices of your products! Sad that there are multiple bad reviews about service and Pottery Barn has done nothing to address it.

Paid $179 for the suede pillows and inserts. Cashier was too lazy too get me new cover and inserts from the back so I was sold floor samples. I noticed the snags and discoloration when I left the store. Walked back in and girl had an attitude. I told her I would make it simple and just return the pillows. She then said no that's ok Im busy but will take care of it. Another lady brought out the new covers and inserts and I showed her the difference. I said someone was being lazy and she apologized. What a shame to spend $179 for two pillows and have horrible service.

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM POTTERY BARN WEBSITE!We ordered a bed online last November with a delivery window of Feb 15 to Mar 3. When that delivery window came and went a new delivery window was automatically presented and also came and went. PB customer service claimed to be unable to cancel the order at that time because the slats had not arrived at the warehouse. That should not be the customer's problem. Called 3 additional times over the coming months requesting the order to be cancelled. The agents claimed to have cancelled the order but it was never cancelled. On 7/11 we finally received an email stating that the order had been cancelled by PB and that we would not be charged. Ten minutes later we received an email stating that we had been charged in full for the cancelled order. 3 calls to customer service since then assured us that the refund had been issued and would show up on our credit card account within 3-5 days. Today when I called I was put on hold and eventually disconnected. When I called back the agent continually talked over me and refused to put a supervisor on the phone. She actually told me to dispute the charge with the bank. This company is poorly run, disorganized, and the customer apparently comes last.

DO NOT BUY FROM POTTERY BARN. The reviews are correct. Purchased a dining room table. Damaged upon delivery. I decided to return the table and I have been calling for over to weeks to be refunded well over $2,000. Each time I call they tell me something different. Still on the phone as we speak and the issue has not been resolved. Stay away from purchasing from this store.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sofa bed. Paid over 4 thousand dollars. Got delivered the wrong sofa. Three weeks later said they would redeliver the correct one. Received the wrong sofa again. Contacted customer service like at least 4 times. Nothing. No help. Asked to speak with a supervisor, they said no one is available. Said I would get a call back. Waiting a week and still nothing. Sofa is nice, but not what I ordered and PAID a lot of money for.Terrible customer service WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. They don't care about their customers.

Ordered the Aubrey entertainment wall. Took 5 MONTHS to arrive. Arrived damaged! Replacement piece took 3 MONTHS to arrive. Replacement is ALSO DAMAGED!!!! Worse place ever to spend a ridiculous amount on something that is damaged!Will never shop here again!

Purchased bedroom set, by time it was delivered price dropped by the hundreds but costumer service would not adjust the price. Said I would have to cancel but still loss my shipping cost. Be aware, this not like your big name furniture stores who price guarantee thier products.

Will never buy from them again! Be warned! You wait six months to receive your purchase and then it needs to returned because it is wrong! Craftsmanship is awful!! Customer service sucks! Never again! Save your money!!
