Im sad to leave this review because i have come here for so many livescans/fingerprints as a student, emt, and now instructor. Ive been doing business with Postal Perfect for these past two years. I also even recommended my own students, coworkers, and friends. Ive never had a negative experience and the boss man is so cool. Tall caucasian guy who always wears hawaiin clothes, gives surfer vibes.
Anyways, I needed a livescan for another job opportunity, that im eager to begin. (The sooner the livescan the sooner i start.) With that being said I got released from my ambulance company at 1700. Im located in SB and drove to the place I knew id always have a good experience. I knew i could go somewhere more convenient but instead went through 50min of traffic to rancho because I love coming here. I was aware it was close to closing but the hours are from 0900-1800. Nothing in the website says they close livescans early.
Honestly wouldn’t have been writing this review if the workers had handled the situation better. I entered excited, I made it in time despite all the traffic i just went through. I came in apologizing to the two staff members for coming in so late and that I needed to complete a livescan (takes few minutes). Just to be told, “oh we turned off the machine”. I was too stunned to speak but ended up following with, “I just came in from San Bernardino,” clearly in uniform. The worker then said “yeah we already turned it off so… But theres another location you can go to in San Bernardino. Tomorrow we close livescans at 1730 and Saturday we’re open until 1530. If any of those work for you.” I was aware I could go someplace else but I chose this location for a reason. The workers body language displayed that he was ready to clock out. I love postal perfect ive gotten at least 7 livescans with them!! I was so excited to come in to just be disappointed. I never felt so disappointed for wasting my time with Postal Perfect before. I knew i couldve gone anywhere. I dont want to find some place new but i might have to now. I went out of my way, to be told i can “go somewhere else” and “we turned the machine off.”
The 2 stars is just for all the other positive experiences ive had these past 2 years. Worst postal perfect experience. True bummer.

It offers what you need, BUT….
The place smells funky….B.O?? Stale air??
IDK, but somethings off! Also, the people who work there are nice enough, yes. But they have as much personality as a wet rug. Maybe that’s what was smelling.

Solid business hub with great working people. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the many concerns that enter the business. I'm glad they are in my town.

I can't say enough good things about Postal Perfect. Everybody is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cheapest and most efficient way to ship a package. Most recently, I had to ship a care package to my son, and Danny (along with another employee whose name I did not catch) took the time to cut down the big box I had to make it much cheaper to send. The package arrived the next day for less than the priority box would have cost. I almost never go to the post office anymore because of this place. Sometimes it costs more, but it's definitely worth it!

Jason the owner and his employee Nate are just wonderful. I came to do a live scan and it was a wonderful experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I have been to this place three times for different live scans, and each time they have been quick and efficient with helping me. Even when it's busy, I haven't had to wait longer than 15 minutes here. Customer service is great too!

Over 9 years later and Postal Perfect is still my go to! I've had a PO Box here for years and whenever I have postal needs, this is where I go. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I needed signature notarized, I called to check on availability, walked in to a clean, organized & fairly busy business. I was in & out in 5 minutes wit copy & notarized dock in the mail!!! Easy Thanks
