“Exceptional service at this post office! Visited for passport pictures and was greeted by friendly staff. An employee assisted in navigating the line and directed me to the right place for my picture appointment. The lady who took my pictures went above and beyond, even helping with my passport renewal, showcasing a level of kindness and efficiency that made the entire experience amazing. Kudos to the helpful and courteous staff! Also remember that there are no walk ins for any type of passport service, you always have to make an appointment even if the website says otherwise.”
“These women are PHENOMENAL!! I love how they treated me and helped me !! We need way more people like these women on earth!! All I ask is you come here with a smile!! These women will take care of you .To say they do their job is BEYOND an understatement”
“Nice employees. Helped me with sending out a package even with such little space inside. The ladies were nice enough to assist with making sure my stuff was packaged safely. Thank you.”
“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”
“It was good 3window clerks. Long lines. The window clerk that was helping me had to close her window, because her machine was acting up. So I was helped buy another clerk after she finished with her customer. Then I had stamps from 2006 I asked did they have any 1 cents stamps she said at least there office didn't have any. She asked me if I wanted to use my stamps to put on my package. If so I would have to get out of the line and do so. She told me the price for Priority. Was 9.00 my stamps were 29 cents, 39cents and up. After having to wait because the teller I went to machine broke down . And move to another window. There was no way I was getting out of that line. I know things happen.”
“This location has plenty of parking, so easy to in and out. Also the staff that helped me was so nice, she answering my question nicely. I was in and out aboit 5 mints. Ive been others US post office other locations, idk why most of the staff was so mean and rude. But not here..Her name is violet. Thank you Violet.”
“Kayla is the best mail carrier in Montclair! Her mail delivery schedule is always the same, she is kind and efficient. I hope she is around for a very long time. Montclair is blessed to have her working in the city. Ester Vargas Pipersky”
“I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.”
“It’s a nice huge postal location with plenty of parking. The staff was well trained, helpful and welcoming. The service was excellent and I was in and out in 5 minutes as the location is fully staffed.”
“This is the most poppin post office in all of IE. Every night there's a fat taco stand and tailgating in the parking lot. There's a liquor shop across the street too! Everyone pulls up in both parking lots. Y'all already know everyone be getting drunk asf! Loud music and dank food! Definitely don't worry about the barbecue pits causing a fire cause the vibes be fire enough. The post office is closed and not using the parking lot half the time so why not let the locals party there. Who cares about federal mail. Come thru tonight! 5pm all the food stands set up! 1pm on Sundays!”
“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”

5375 Walnut Ave, Chino“The parking lot is not very big so I can see parking being an issue, however usually people are not parked there long so I got a spot right away. Also when I arrived (Saturday at about 12:30) there was a decent line but it moved pretty quick, there was a nice lady at who as I watched for other customers before me and myself as well she was professional and very helpful. I unfortunately don't remember her name she was white. I had an overall pleasant and quick experience. I would gladly go again if I had a reason.”
“I have consistently had positive experiences at this post office. The facility is impressively clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are not only polite but also exceptionally helpful. Every time I've visited, they've done a good job to assist with my postal needs.Timing is crucial at this post office. If you're looking to avoid long lines, I recommend going around 10-11 am when the rush hasn't set in yet. However, if you find yourself there in the afternoon, particularly past 2:30-3 pm, expect a busier scene. Despite the afternoon rush, the efficiency of the staff helps manage the crowd well.Overall, the combination of a clean environment, and helpful staff makes this post office my preferred choice for mailing needs. Just plan your visit strategically to make the most of your experience.”
