I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.

Best Postal place around! Every thing I need I get done here instead of going to multiple different shipping stores. Zach is very sweet and very efficient!

This place charged me to pickup an item even though they are a DHL pickup point. I don't think that the charge was legitimate and when I asked DHL afterward they said that this is not the usual way that business is done. I will not be picking up a package here again after they ripped me off.

Terrible customer service, male employee just yells from the back or doesn't look up from his phone. I used to drop my packages here for usps. Today I was told because the package didn't fit in their slot, I would have to pay a dollar per package, to drop them there. Nah! I'm good.... Back to UPS at Carnelian and 19th, where they leave a bin to drop as many as you like... NO CHARGE

Horrible experience I don’t know who took over, but this is now the third time I’ve been in there first time they weren’t set up for credit card didn’t have stamps, second time they still weren’t set up for credit card now this time the employee girl walked in late, didn’t have stamps. I will never come to this place again.

I've been going to Post Arena for years now. I used to go when the old owners were there too. The owners and staff are always so kind and friendly to me and know me by name. I rent a mailbox there as well as utilize many of their services. This is my preferred location to ship all of my packages for my business and I plan on supporting their business as long as I am still in the area. Thank you to the owners and staff of Post Arena!! I appreciate all of you and your kindness and hard work!!

WARNING: Owner Steve Fay will verbally attacks and threatens people. A punk to the core. Be careful if you go into this store. I was security escort for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. I am equipped to handle myself but the average person should be very careful entering Post Arena in Rancho Cucamoga CA.

Stay clear of this place. The violent, cowardly owner Steve Fay brags about being a gangbanger and threatens people boasting about doing time in prison like it's a badge of honor. Stay away.

Just avoid renting a mail box at this location I wanted to rent for another 6 months they told me that I was late so they wanted to charge me an extra $10 dollars for it. Lady said that they send me an email I check my email in front of her never received the email no even in my spam email like she said trying to make excuses just to get the extra $10 looks like they're desperate for money. Once the 30 days are done I will be renting in another P.O. Box there's plenty of better options. Take your Business where there appreciate your Business.
