Place is sucks they opened up late only let 2 people in and there’s 6 workers the blonde girl with the Batman lashes won’t get off her knees she prolly trynna suck some ? for a raise it’s like they enjoyed oissing people off only one person was helpful

If I could give this store zero stars I would! Went in to pick up an online order at the Rancho Cucamonga store. Unfortunately I had to do store pick up because one of the items I ordered was out of stock online. Website for this particular store stated it closed at 8:00 pm and I arrived at the store at 7:40 pm as soon as I stepped foot in the store the 2 women behind the counter stated that the store closed yet the door was still open? I stated that I was only there to pick up an online order only which I assumed would be a quick transaction. Yet they both said to come back tomorrow and I informed both of them that I would be unable to return because I lived 45 minutes away. They must of not understood and obviously did not care that I drove a long way they repeated to come back the next day. I left that store without my items and extremely upset. What a waste of a trip and a waste of gas!! Customer service is not something that the employees in this store value. They obviously closed before the stated hours on their website. Maybe hours should be updated on their website or hire employees that actually want to work instead of closing the store early!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Showed up at 7:43pm to pick up my order. Went inside and was told they are closed. Tried explaining that I drove over to pick up my order and she said there was nothing she could do. Website says they are open until 9pm. Poor business practices!

Unfortunately, this store was not able to help me with my jewelry cleaning. They could not do it because they said it's their policy during the holidays. They should be able to make accommodations when they're not busy. They had multiple employees standing around and were not busy. Unfortunately, I'm only able to come during the holidays, so I guess it's always gonna be the case.

I drive 30 minutes from San Bernardino to this location on rancho I arrive a the store @7:42pm and they told me we are closed the store hours is from 10-8pm according to their website very disappointing experience they should update their hours on the website

I walked in to this VG location to exchange some charms. I didn't like the selection they had so I said I would rather keep the ones I had. I left thinking I had my expensive charm bracelet with me which I did not and the associate forgot to give it back and did nothing to stop me so that I did not forgot my bracelet. Fast forward 3 weeks and I am convinced I had lost or stolen my brand new bracelet. I get the idea to call this location in case they had my bracelet and an associate answered and read me back my own name clearly knowing my information already. I arrive to my location and ask why wasn't I notified that the associate didn't give me back my bracelet for almost a month. By that point I didn't care about the bracelet I just wanted my money back because they were never going to notify me of my bracelet. I'm extremely disappointed that this company who supposedly offers luxury products has such poor customer service. I asked the same associate that helped me the first time why couldn't she notify me that I had left my $500 bracelet and she said they couldn't access customer records. But then on every receipt there is clearly a customer number that holds my information. Keep your hard earned money this location lacks quality customer service

I got to the store 20 minutes before closing time just to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size and they didn't let me in because they had 8 people inside the store waiting to be helped. The lady at the entrance didn't care that I drove 40 minutes to get to the store.

I went in Monday morning there was to sell associates and one managerOne of the associate was helping out a customer, I came in and waited for about seven minutes to be help keep in mind there was no one else in the store other than me and another customer. They didn’t even greet me, when I asked to do a return, the manager was rude it was like they didn’t want to help me nor sell something to me. Wouldn’t go to this location again.
