Mayra & Blanca are receiving these 5 stars. Im not a member yet but I have cashed many a payroll check at this bank. Pac West is ALWAYS clean, orderly, professional, with a respectful and loving spirit about it. Good job by whoever does the hiring, because Mayra and Blanca are ACES! I just had a wonderful banking experience with these ladies and I had to honor them publicly. Keep doing what youre doing ladies!

I have been banking here for 10 years. Having banked with other banks at various times over the years many will agree experiencing service where both tellers and managers address you by name each time is very rare. I am proud to say that I bank with Pacific Western Bank and that I am provided personal service each time. Thank you for being my bank

This bank is absolutely a joke. I would never recommend anyone to bring there business to this bank. They have absolutely terrible service and should be put out of business. The staff believes that they can make the decisions for a grown man. They have no chance with chase or Bank of America.

I initially had an account with the Redlands office and had various problems from time to time. Last week had unauthorized use on my devil card had deactivate that card and order a new one. I was told I would get a new card in 7 days. Received my new pin number on Friday, but it's been 8 days and no new card. When I was told that they couldn't tell people it would be 7 days because then people would call after 7 days (she laughed at her amusing comment). This review was necessary to show how unfunny I consider this bank branch.

Pleasant experience with fast service. This is a good bank and the people are very helpful. A 5 star bank when compared to other banks I've been dealing with.
