I needed to send jeans back via Fed Ex (side note: it's probably best not to buy jeans online, unless you know your size in a certain brand) and was happy for this little inconvenience because it meant discovering this convenient spot. Also on my "to-do" list for the day was buying stamps and a lottery ticket. Actually, on my way to Our Postal Express, someone on the radio was talking about the huge jackpot but I thought "That means another stop, but maybe I'll get a ticket." Anyway, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised that they sell lottery tix AND scratchers, which is cool cause I like to give scratchers as gifts. So I returned those awful jeans, bought a few lottery tickets (fingers crossed), and some stamps, all in one place. What a time saver. And the person working there was so nice to talk to. She was so cool, which made my errand seem way less like an errand. Really glad I found this place.

First time the lady was very friendly and I got my package delivered with no issues.She asked me to bring her soap the next time I made it so I tried but she was helping a customer didn’t acknowledge me after I waited for about 10 minutes.Different day I needed stamps and they were closed, earlier than stated on the door. Walked over the next morning at 9:15a and it was still closed!! No explanation just closed. When I looked on Google it says they open at 8:30am and close at 5pm, evidently not so.

Closed during business hours and I got a receipt for a return package I dropped off. When I found out the package was never received I looked at the receipt for a tracking number and there was no information on the receipt. I called 5 times with no answer and drove there and the place was closed. I hate to say it but this is why local businesses aren't my cup of tea.

This place makes going to the post office even worse then it already is. They are so friendly, convenient, and fast. I hope I never have to go back to the post office again.

I was in the area of Rancho Cucamonga & I needed to take care of some postal services. I located a post office in Rancho walk in & notice the line had atleast 30 or more pple waiting to be service w/ only (3) windows open & I'm pressed for time today. I searched another postal service in the area & "our postal" showed up and was less then 5 miles from where I was. Well I located "our postal" tried them out & they took care of all my needs such as sending packages off , buying. postal stamps etc... while there I learned they offer notary services , mailbox rental & much more. Btw- service was great very professional

I needed some documents to be notarized last minute and I found this place by my house- Sandra was very knowledgeable and helpful with the type of service I needed. My friend tagged alone with me and at the time she was in between houses but needed a stable address for her personal mail. She was also able to rent a mailbox here for a few months and Sandra even gave her an extra month free. I am so happy I found this place
