O'Reilly impressed me with its cleanliness and organization. The store layout made finding what I needed a breeze, and the staff provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Bought a 2 year warranty battery less than two years ago. The shop employee told me it wasn't showing up and I said what! How? She said yeah we can't give you another one. Then another employee came out to inspect it and looked at the date of the warranty on the batter and he said it's not under warranty anymore. I pointed out that the battery still had two years left based on the date of the battery. He stayed quite and said yeah without a receipt we can't exchange it. So the employee said maybe go to the oreillys store you bought it at and see if they could find the purchase on their database. So I drove all the way to Pomona the salesperson asks for my number and found the battery on my record within seconds. I said," why would the other store say they didn't have it on record?" He said, " Maybe they were just trying not to give it to you." I think the truth is that the employee at the cashier was just old and didn't know how to use the computer and decided to just say I didn't have any records of the purchase. As for the second employee he seemed like he just didn't care about the situation and just wanted to avoid having to do anything. Very incompetent store management. Never coming back to this location.

Jacob, Jacob Jacob...well done. I called in behalf of my coworker. She was very concern about her battery. Called and Jacob did me a solid with his professionalism and knowledge. He didn't ask if it was 4x4 or 2wd or automatic or manual. Down and dirty. Year and model I supplied him. He gave me options of batteries, (well done) and when I asked him the group size, HE DIDNT HESITATE . He knew what it was!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!! My coworker called me getting her battery replaced and was very pleased. She said Jacob was very helpful. She was worried about the language barrier but she said he was very helpful and willing to help. THANK YOU JACOB, we need more humans with your attitude.

I've been a client of this location for many years but this weekend these guys really made me feel special specially after getting the worst customer service at Auto Zone off Foothill. I hate to harp on the negative therefore let me focus on the positive. While waiting in line at the Auto Zone and being ignored by 3 employees, I call O'Reilly and inquired on a car battery. Jakob answered the phone and confirmed he had what I needed. I left the other place and came over. I happen to have a battery core for one of my other cars which is the only reason I was going to the other place in the first place. I've gotten bad service there before. Any way, Jakob was able to give me a core deposit on both batteries. Anyway, these guys has me in and out in no time. Thanks for the great service.
