Worst customer service. Went in on a Friday to print out a large photo and was told the photo would be ready by Saturday morning and that someone would call me when the order was ready. . It's now Sunday afternoon noon and haven't heard from them. I called the store and they said my order is ready. I will not return to this location for my printing needs. Every time I go , the service is still not improved and I end up wasting a lot of my time, waiting to be helped. Lesson learned. This store lacks employees and customer service.

We came in at 7 to ask about printing some stickers keep in mind we've never done this so we did not know how to buy anything or what we should do. We got told to go ask the guy Ed for help printing he had the worst attitude from the minute we walked in and yelled " GO SIGN IN " like we knew we needed to sign in for a question? Then he did not help us until 7:58 which they close at 8 and stated " send me your document " which we were confused because he wasn't clarifying anything to us and when we made the document we sent it and he said well we're closed now.. WORST customer service and most importantly WORST attitude towards us. Never again.

Update dec 2023: wanted to buy two-pack of HP black ink, but they only had single pack or combination black and color, so I bought the single pack. My old review still applies:This Office Depot is small, but I can usually find the few items I use on a regular basis such as printer ink and printer paper. Because of supply chain issues caused by Covid, there were a few times when they didn't haven the printer ink I needed. I always check the clearance items and have found small things I wasn't looking for but were practical and will make great gifts.
