We came in at 7 to ask about printing some stickers keep in mind we've never done this so we did not know how to buy anything or what we should do. We got told to go ask the guy Ed for help printing he had the worst attitude from the minute we walked in and yelled " GO SIGN IN " like we knew we needed to sign in for a question? Then he did not help us until 7:58 which they close at 8 and stated " send me your document " which we were confused because he wasn't clarifying anything to us and when we made the document we sent it and he said well we're closed now.. WORST customer service and most importantly WORST attitude towards us. Never again.

20 min to drop off a package, no joke. Just awful service. There were four employees on the floor 3 of the Were in front of monitors, a fifth finally was added to print a receipt. Never again.

I went here to print out a label for my package and to drop said package off. The worker who was working the print section on 7/3 right before closing, made me extremely uncomfortable and kept commanding me to stand it different spots for no reason other than I think to just tell me what to do. Continued to give me false information about having to sign some form to be able to drop off when I've never had to sign anything the 50+ times I've dropped off there. Again I think he was just trying to get me to do something just to get a power trip... either way, very uncomfortable experience and I'll be avoiding this creep and store from now on

para empezar se enojaron porque puse YouTube en una de las laptops y rapido fueron 2 señoras a decirme que no podía poner videos, y yo entiendo tal vez son reglas que ellas tienen que seguir, después una de ellas solo me miraba feo, y la otra me atendio rápido como para que me fuera, y yo no hablo inglés, necesitaba imprimir unos documentos, lo cual se negó a hablarle a alguien que hablara español, dijo que no había nadie, cuando claramente un chico hablaba español. A como pude me di a entender. Fue muy desagradable mi visita.

Jessica helped me get a beautiful arrangement delivered in no time! She was mindful of the amount of money I wanted to spend and stayed in that range. Absolutely beautiful flowers and great service.

Isabella had the greatest Customer Service! Had to get some things done for a funeral and Isabella was very helpful and her quality and care to give us the best quality was greatly appreciated. We had to go in @4 times and one of those days she wasn't there. Unfortunately we dealt with rudeness and Poor quality of our Loved ones memorials. I hope ISABELLA is appreciated there. Customer Service goes along way! Thank you

Everytime I get something printed here, ITS NEVER DONE ON TIME. Heres the most recent one. Yesterday I came in at 1pm to pick up something that was supposed to be finished in the morning. An Employee name PAM told the other associate that was helping me "NO I emailed them and told them they'd be ready at 4pm. No one printed them over the weekend. I had a co worker came and try to pick them up last night (way past 4pm) and she was told they were not ready. Seriously??? This location is the worst. Its now 10AM and they are still not done!

I don't often get around to writing yelp reviews are but I definitely had to write one for my experience today. I've been having a struggle planning a baby shower and cutting invitation inserts has just topped off my frustration. I needed to get some cards printed and cut as I had a lot of trouble doing so myself. I went in today and was assisted by ISABELLA! She literally made my day and alleviated so much stress I had. I know it was already a little late in the day but she was able to get my prints done and cut perfectly super quickly. Thank you so so much Isabella

So I walk into this place and I immediately see two workers both trying to fasten together a chair near the entrance I got no greeting (not that I care but just wanted to point that out) I sheepishly walked up to the man working on the chair and asked where I might find card stock paper for printing and without acknowledging or looking in my direction or pointing in any direction he replied, "aisle 1 right behind you" (again I don't really care as long as I find what I'm looking for) then when I go to the aisle I assumed he meant I pound printer paper but no card stock and I turn back around and he's disappeared this young guy named Alex (I believe) sees my clueless face and comes up to help me. I ask him the same question "where can I find thicker paper to print on" and he says, "oh we have 110 pound paper stock over here that will work for you" and he ushers me over to the paper and I buy it. There are only two people at this office depot they have actually helped me one of them being this kid Alex who probably isn't older than 20 and the other is a gentleman who wears glasses who works in the printing department. I asked one of the other associates to tell me who the manager was so that I can leave these two gentlemen complements and praise for their customer service skills and the associate tells me that the manager is the man who was working on the chair who did not greet me or really assist me at all. Normally I don't bother to leave reviews but then I got to thinking these two men probably work their butts off while their boss who should be the prime example of what customer service in that store looks like, decides to be basically useless. Too often employees are overlooked for promotions or any sort of development or growth in a company because of managers like this who just have checked out due to the day in and day out of their work and the efforts of the new and the fresh blooded workers goes to waste and it will soon sour it into discouragement from placing any effort at all and the vicious cycle will go on. I am writing this because I know they're in the break complaining about this manager frustrated with their job because he offers little to no assistance and most likely is one of those bosses that just likes to make things pretty whenever he gets a visit from a corporate office manager once a month if that. Whoever you are mr. manager who is slightly overweight has dark hair and it's slightly balding, be better. There are plenty of people I know who are hungry or homeless that would cry and pray each day they had your job there are probably also plenty of people within your own company who would be more excited to have your job than you so be better.

There's an old lady that works here blonde hair with glasses. Always has a bad attitude and NEVER seems to want to help customers. Every time I go in to ship an item that doesn't need a receipt and already packaged she just looks at me and continues filling copy machine or emptying trash bins. Like hey dumb dumb can u help a customer out?? This is exactly why u work a dead end job like this ;)

Things weren't going so well for me at the self-service copy area. One of the employees was giving me the runaround as far as what he could do, and when he could get it done, but Alex jumped into action and made a quick service recovery by making my copies. Kudos to Alex for turning the situation around and providing great customer service!

Customer service is awful. Staff to worried about closing than to bother to help someone. Arrived at 730 and store closes at 8pm to make a banner for graduation. Girl in print section complained they were closing at 8, she didn't have time to help and I would have to come back tomorrow. Unable to perform task online thru website. Left immediately to go to fed ex down the street who didn't care it was almost closing and courteously helped me with my banner. I will never go to this store again or any other Office Depot . Obviously my money and time aren't good enough for them to assist. Just to be clear all I needed was assistance with design and uploading my pic which took all of 15 min at fed ex, but Office Depot can't manage and on top of it, I didn't need same day service. I just needed to order it and help with design.

Lynn is amazing. I totally wasted her time asking for a reprint, and she was so kind the whole time. I was "that" costumer, and Lynn was the epitome of professional. She exhausted all of her options, and was determined to help me. Give her a raise!!!

Every time I go in to this location I am greeted with a welcoming smile and I am offered assistance. Most of the time I'm there for the copy center. But it is very nice to know that the staff there is completely willing to assist any customer with their needs.
