This place is great. Staff is always nice, very friendly and helpful. Will answer any questions and the recommendations are always top choice. I would like to recommend Chris, I was there last week and he was very helpful and took his time with me. Product is amazing.

Came into the shop nicely organize was kindly welcomed by Mike, showed me where the proteins were at, and introduced me to some spices for sine meal prepping great service will be back here again

There are nothing but good things to say about this place; they are very knowledgeable about their products and provide optimal customer service, not to mention their pricing is very competitive and priced well compared to some of the other businesses close by.
