WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WORKING HERE.
I honestly can't believe these people work here. Extremely rude and not knowledgeable. The Hispanic worker that is on the heavier side tried to convince me that my misfire on my car was do to the ECU when I had clearly told him that I needed new spark plugs and a coil pack... WHAT!?!
I've been working on cars for over 13 years now, so I will not tricked into buying something for my car that you say I need but actually don't, thank you very much.
The older lady that works there has the worst attitude if you're not a senior citizen. She has argued with me or tried to tell me I was wrong 3/4 times I've been here and every time she has never apologied in the slightest or even admittedto being wrong herself. This last visit I came to return a defective item, that I bought online and picked up in store, and mentioned that when I had picked up the part (from her specifically) that I didn't receive a physical receipt from her, which didn't really bother me at the time since I had an email of my purchase, but she went on to argue with me saying that she KNOWS that she gave me a receipt even the she didn't remember me. I don't understand why she had to argue with me since she didn't even need it to process the return. Completely stressed me out for absolutely NO REASON!
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE AND RECOMMEND THE SAME FOR YOU.

Bought an alternator online at Napa website had it for couple months then it failed, there’s a lifetime warranty on it. I went into this store to get a replacement or refund, older lady turned me away said there’s nothing they can do there wrote down a phone number and told me to call it. So I went to another Napa store right after that and the gentleman there helped me out right away and gave us a full refund, because they didn’t have anymore in stock. Will not be going back to this store.

DO NOT BE IN A HURRY TO FINISH working on your car near closing time! I called like 10 or so min before closing as I was in route to the store to grab a part real quick... the woman answered the phone saying "please hold" before I could say anything.... I go to the store before they close and the door was locked and I was still on hold!I love NAPA but near closing time... zTHEY SUCK!!

Went in on a whim before checking at AutoZone for a relay I needed on my car that would not start. I was helped by Terri who looked it up on the system but did not find a match. She then brought out a book and found the part manually! Plugged it in and my truck started right up. Big thank you to Terri.

Was unable to find the plastic wiring pieces I need, both employees worked to assist me. After researching for the part in their manual it was clear I needed to purchase the part elsewhere. I appreciate the attempt.

The website is a joke the prices are out of this world.. and the shipping is so slow I think I'm going to go back to cancel 2 days and Nappa still hasn't shipped yet! Think I'm going to just go back and cancel based on principal alone
