NO LONGER OPENLove this store, been coming here for years but I went recently and they've closed down. The entire store was empty. I tried checking their social media but they haven't posted anything about being closed down. Bummer, now I have to find a new lash store.

So I got here at 5:56 pm and the door was already locked, I knocked on the door tell the girl it's not 6 pm and that I drove from far to buy eyelashes and she just said "sorry I'm by myself and I still have to take the trash out" so here I am screwed for tomorrow's wedding. They close super early and it's hard to catch them open if you work. I guess I'll just have place my online orders from beauty creations instead.

I truly do not understand how or why this place is still open. I used to love it here as it was super convenient and had brands that you weren't able to find in other stores. I recently went and they had NOTHING. Everything was out of stock and it was so sad to see. They also no longer carry a few brands that I love so that was a bummer. This store was always stocked up and it seems as if they went downhill. Hopefully they fix this issue.

Customer service was horrible, could barely hear the person that was attending this empty store. Gave me attitude when I mentioned I didn’t hear her when I came in so I walked right out. Don’t support bad business horrible customer service.

Only come for Koko lashes and you guys have been in stock but out of certain ones and the girls are either rude or never know nothing would be helpful to know when things would be in stock come here for those to stock up

I always get my foundation here and my favorite staff member is Cynthia she"s such a peoples person and so helpful when it comes to recommendation. I LOVE HER :)

I love the store because I always come get my Coco lashes & my Frankie Rose foundation. The girl on shift today was really rude. I asked her if she had any samples on the Frankie Rose foundation and she proceeded to tell me no while being on her phone, and then I asked her to give me china silk foundation and she proceeded to tell me oh we're all out of stock while still being on her phone so then I asked her if it was only that shade or was it the whole collection she said she only had whatever's out there. So I had to walk over myself to find out whatever is out there....then I paid for my stuff she handed me back my receipt with my change didn't even say have a great day didn't even say anything I had to ask her if that was all so I could leave.

This place is annoying. They have been out of risque lashes for so long but can order every other lashes from koko. Ridiculous. i used to go there so often because they never sold out but now they wont even order the risque lashes. b******* a** place

* Customer Service, the entire team always makes me feel appreciated, they're very warm and welcoming.
* Quality and variety of merchandise, They stock everything in a variety of sizes.

Stopped by here as always. Ive been coming here for two years now, and this place is always my go to for some KOKO lashes. I know I can always buy online, but sometimes ya girl cant wait. I usually get the KOKO lashes in Amore --- hella cute. I always get complimented on these eyelashes. The staff in here are always so welcoming to me as well. Conveniently located near Gen, Creamistry and Dennys!

As an aspiring business owner, i'd like to give 5 stars to the staff! I am always greeted with a smile and the vibes are always on point! The girls are always ready to help, especially when the lashes wanted are out out stock. I've never had a bad experience here. I look forward to having a staff just as awesome as you girls.

This is my go to makeup store. This place is so clean, friendly and their service are always on point!!! The owner aimee and tee are the sweetest. I wanted to try KOKO lashes and tee helped me and she even gave me some tips and tricks for the lashes...
I also leaving with other goodies as well because of the awesome recommendation they gave me. They have all kinds of goodies that you need. You name it they have it all. Really one stop shop makeup store. They also have so many kinds of face masks..
I definetly become the loyal customer here...

What a great store with so many selections with the best and friendliest staff. I can spend all day in the store. They are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help assist me. I felt like family.
