They damaged my vehicle. I was told the owner would call me but I have received no call. I have called back three times and they say he will check the video footage and respond but I haven't been contacted. Looking into my options.

Good car wash. I use the monthly subscription drive through which brings my cost per wash down to about $6 per wash.

You get what you pay for. I ran my Subaru through the wash, and come to fine out my paint was hazy and scratched all up. I spent the next day paint correcting the whole car. If I didn’t know how to reverse the paint damage, would have cost me 1000 dollars to get it back shining again. I don’t have pictures to show the damages, I was too busy fixing my cars paint. I would steer clear away from this place.

A couple months ago when I went to get a car wash I went straight to the vacuum area and vacuumed my car. I was the only car there it was around 4:30 and as I was about to head to the wash a worker comes up to me and tells me that they’ve decided to close early so I couldn’t go through the wash. It was very inconvenient for me as I was going to sell my vehicle the next day. I don’t see why I couldn’t just go through the wash it takes about 5-8 minutes max.Also, I had another experience just recently. When I decided to give them a second chance, I got there and vacuumed my vehicle and as I was heading to the wash I noticed it was closed with cones and the only option was to get a hand wash. I was on a time crunch so I didn’t have the time to get a hand car wash. Unfortunately I won’t be coming here anymore. They are inconsistent with their times of operation, and how they operate.I may consider giving them a third chance in the future because when I first came here I had no issues and it was a good wash. But lately it hasn’t been great. Sorry just giving my honest review here…

I being going to this car wash for so many years but my only issue is their vacuuming is awful. They do a lousy work. Double check your mats before you leave this premises

Got a car wash here. Air freshners were handouts that you put in yourself. My front windshield wasn't cleaned on the inside, but I didn't realize until later while running errands. Highly disappointed in service.

I don't know if I just have low expectations or everyone else with low star reviews just have too high of expectations. I went here for a regular car wash for $21.95 and I was very happy with how they hand cleaned my car inside and out. My car was clean and it was very noticeable especially the inside. I truly appreciate the service that I received.

This place used to be pretty good but now they cut back on staffing and it takes way too long.Also, they don't follow the order of cars as they come in. Cars several behind you upon arrival get out long before those who arrived earlier.Poor management and customer service. So many options available. Use those!

The parking lot is very confusing. It's both a quick repair shop and a car wash. I'm not sure where to pull in for what. Several areas are labeled for vacuum cleaners, but there are new vacuum cleaners. I had to drive around several times. Unlike most other car washes. They don't give you wet wipes either to clean the inside of your car. Pricing is about the same as other places, but those at least give you wet wipes and have multiple vacuums available. I have gone there many times they have a sigh out front where they say they are not responsible for the antenna on your car when it goes thru the car wash but everytime I have gone there they have removed the antenna so it won't break well they did not remove it this time and it broke off I went to the front desk and they said that the way it was going to be . If they had asked me to remove before it went into the wash I would have but after going there so many years and they removing the antenna I never thought about it I am not very happy service and how cold they treated me will not be going back there again they just lost a loyal customer of ten years
