“My 2 kids and I weren’t feeling well and I brought them to UC. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The MA took our vitals and asked detailed questions which is a plus. Since it was 3 of us they placed us in a big room. The physician Andy took his time and dedicated himself to our care. The kids and I felt very comfortable with Andy. The atmosphere was comforting. I would totally recommend Central Urgent Medical Care. They attended to our needs. Thank you”

“My husband and I went here earlier today for a routine blood draw and I wasn't sure what to expect since I usually go to the San Dimas location. We had an appointment for 2 pm and it was crowded but checking in at the kiosk was a breeze and all we had to do after that was give the front desk staff our insurance cards and blood draw paperwork to scan into the system. I need a bed for my draws as I tend to faint easily, and they don't have a bed but they do have a comfy medical recliner that I was able to use once the room was open. The tech that I got was very professional and was able to keep me calm through the process. This location is a bit chaotic but other than that, we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes and the staff are really nice. Make sure you get an appointment though.”
