I placed an order on Cyber Monday for a $154.99 item that was discounted $45 dollars for Cyber Monday. The item was free delivery, so I chose that option. Best Buy uses a service called SHIPT for local deliveries. A "Shopper" at SHIPT picked up the item, decided he/she did not want to drive to my office to deliver the item, and IMMEDIATELY returned the item. I received immediate notification from Best Buy via text and email the item had been returned by the "Shopper", and it would be 10 days to get my refund, and that I could order the item again. The item is now $199, so I lose the $45 cyber Monday discount. I really, really feel duped. Best Buy offered free delivery through a non-existent means, and after they had my money, they cancelled my order. DO NOT TRUST FREE DELIVERY FROM BEST BUY THEY DO NOT USE RELIABLE MEANS OF DELIVERY. It is a bait and switch with Best Buy. OK, I had to come back and add more stars because when I went by Best Buy today to explain how SHOPT gave me the SHAFT, the manager quickly made it right by honoring the $154.99 price. HOWEVER, SHOPT STILL GETS A ONE-STAR REVIEW.

The customer service is horrible. I came in around 10:38 am. There was hardly anyone in the store, and no one assisted me. I was in the computer section for at least 10 minutes with three reps standing around. I then asked for help. The person "supposedly" calls for assistance yet, 10 minutes later, no kne showed up. What makes it worse is there were more store reps in the store than customers. This is not my only time experiencing this lack of customer service at this store.

Ryan Westwood, who was here helping us for about an hour and a half was incredibly patient with my boyfriend and I. Very sweet guy and he was super helpful. It is currently the 21st of October at 8:30pm. He was very knowledgable and professional about all of our questions. I would recommend him to others. This man needs a promotion pronto mente.

Best Buy saves the day again! I had been having trouble with my laptop. Since I didn't know the technical words to describe what was happening, I brought in my laptop so I could show them. Patricia, at the front desk, was very helpful in finding someone to help me in the computer area. That someone was Joseph. He easily understood what was happening, and he explained how it could be solved using a wireless mouse. He even showed me a variety of mouses (mice?), to find the one that fit my hand most comfortably. It is now a week later, and my laptop is working as it did when brand new. Thank you, Joseph! Also, a shout out to his supervisor, John, who, when I told him of Joseph's excellent service, gave me more information that was also helpful. I go to Best Buy for all of my large appliance and technology needs. I highly recommend the Best Buy in Rancho Cucamonga!

I called the phone number posted online expecting to be connected to a person at the actual store. Instead, someone from a call center answered and stated there is no way to speak to anyone at the store by phone. That they could assist with anything I need. If I'm going to spend money at an in person store I want over the phone and in person customer service access. It seems Best Buy might want to operate like a warehouse where you just pick up items. If thats the case I might as well continue giving my money to Amazon. I will not be purchasing the dash camera or 4k projector from Best Buy. If this keeps up, I wouldn't be surprised to see them close their stores. I can't speak for their in person service because I did it want to drive 20 min to buy an item that I won't be able to get help with from someone at the actual store if something comes up. Especially since I wanted a camera installed.

Absolutely disgusted with the staff here . Purchased my sons gaming computers and they were the wrong processor . We came to exchange the computers after customer service said we could bring them back unopened within 30 days for store credit . The so called market manger refused to return the computers with no explanation and the rest of the staff ( probably scared for their jobs ) wouldn't help or offer an explanation as to why we could not get store credit or an exchange. One of the managers tried to offer us $15 off our purchase like we were asking for a hand out. Deeply disgusted . And we are fully aware that it was because of the color of our skin. I went to another Best Buy and returned the computers with absolutely no issue.

The 4 stars are for Mario who was so helpful, patient, and personable while helping to activate (and troubleshoot) my phone. Not 5 stars--because prior to Mario helping me, I was disappointed by the lack of efficiency and knowledge of the other employees. I actually almost left the store in a bad mood until he helped me. I surely would have spent a few frustrating hours at home doing what he accomplished in about 30 minutes. And, I went from being so irritated by my experience to leaving with everything taken care of (and even laughing a few times).

Five stars for today's amazing customer service from Nataly and manager Juan to my boys. This is my go to location since it's the closest, visits are always pleasant. Always provided with great customer service and attention to detail but today they really went above and beyond. Really appreciate the time and effort staff puts into each and every inquiry or concern.

I've never had a good experience at a best buy but this was my worst one yet. I had an appointment to meet with an applecare expert and arrived 6 minutes early for it. But the line to check in was 15-20 people long (most of them walk-ins and NOT having appointments) and it took me over 50 minutes JUST TO CHECK IN. I asked a few times during my wait if there was anything I could do since I had an actual appointment and each time it was a no. Halfway through my wait, the geek squad person even went through the line asking if anyone had an appointment (I was the only one) and still I wasn't helped. The staff was nice enough but they seem unbelievably overworked, it seems, so I can't even blame them. Im never coming back here and would highly recommend people look elsewhere, especially if you don't have hours to wait.

I place an order online at 8:00 a.m. I come here at 11:00 a.m. to pick up my order and discover that they have decided not to provide the product for me today. No help no other items no assistance no so sorry. They charge your credit card they take your money and they keep the product for someone else I highly recommend that you do not shop here online if they don't have it in the store don't count on getting it they play a game and keep millions of dollars of customers money everyday

I had a small software issue (I'll spare the details) and needed to buy a charging cable. I walked in and Keven met me at the door with a pleasant greeting and walk me through the entire process, all while running thing and advising colleagues and customers. Keven is a BOSS! He handle the return, exchange, refund, product choice, software loading process no time. Quite possibly the best customer service experience ever. Keven is a huge asset to the company!

Horrible Customer Service AS usual. They literally act like they hate their job, I understand retail can be annoying but at least fake it. A girl asked if I needed help I said yes and she said okay and kept walking and never came back or no one ever came over. So I went to another department to ask and he seemed rude. Idk how many workers walked passed and didn't acknowledge me. Again this isn't the first time it's happened but I'm fed up. Next time I'm getting names and going to corporate.

Very nasty attitude by the phone salesman. Promised me they were able to transfer my data before the purchase (i triple confirmed with 3 different Best Buy employees). After I signed the contract, they change their entire story. Pretended everything they told me before the purchase never happened. When I requested to cancel my order on the phone that I never even touched, they told me they need 45 dollars restocking fee. Basically I got scammed.

There's a reason why people like Todd Vorell are general managers at a store like this. Other managers should use his method of dealing with customer service and I guarantee you 100% that this store and other Best Buy stores would have better ratings. My original approach was truly going to be an extensive complaint on a particular so called manager from this particular store who goes by the name of Juan. Juan needs to take a chill pill and take some advice from his boss Todd, cause Todd handled my particular situation very well. I won't even go into details about the incident. Let's just say it was handled in a very profesional and incredibly great customer service skills. It changes the entire vibe of your experience from negative to complete positive. Thank you for the resolution. I hope the higher ups recognize where the effort is put.
