I went to get color matched here and had a great experience. However when I went back with my mother for her to get color matched, one of the associates was rude and acted like she had better things to do even though we were the only customers in the store. Very hit or miss here.

Mary Anne was so helpful with selecting the correct shade of concealer, blush, and even some new products for my sister! Once I told Mary Anne it was my sisters birthday, she made sure my sister got all the freebies! Thank you so much Mary Anne for your kindness and help! You made my sisters day!

I went to the MAC store yesterday to look at a new foundation and get color matched . I was helped by Jennifer, she was very helpful and assisted me with finding the right foundation. The foundation I wanted in my color was out of stock so she called the Macys store nearby to check . The foundation was also out in the store so she gave me two free samples instead to try it out at home before coming back to purchase it when it restocked . She also helped me decide on what foundation I should get for my outdoor wedding coming up . I'll definitely be going back !

Heads up ! This location is NOT an official M.A.C store location , but instead a part of Macy's . So when making returns . If you purchased an item from a MAC store ( i.e Riverside , Montclair ...) you will not be able to return nor exchange . Other than that , the artist were extremely nice and professional when telling me they couldn't help me . Store was also very neat and clean . The artist was also very attentive .

This review is for The MAC associate named Emily. I popped in on a Sunday to browse and there was a blonde lady texting next to the register texting on her phone. After being ignored, another customer walked in with a face full of makeup and wearing a designer bag. The texting lady walks right past me and begins to help her (Rude!) Emily was on the phone and told me she'd be right with me. I was irritated by the other lady there, so i told her I didn't need help and was just looking. After hanging up the phone she still approached me to ask if I had any questions. I appreciate that even though I had my guard up she still tried to make conversation and show me all the new makeup bundles they had in store. She complimented me and was very kind and humerous without being pushy to make a sale. If it weren't for her I wouldn'tve have spent $200. She was a lovely gal and really turned my experience around

I had called earlier today asking if they still did the recycling of the empty MAC containers and the guy who answered was very nice. I went in later and a female with dirty blonde hair helped me with everything I needed and was very polite. I wish all MAC locations had the good friendly customer service that those two individuals gave.
