I worked with Tony in October of last year to purchase my home in the high desert. He was quick, responsive, and told me all the pros and cons of each home we were looking for and helped us make the most informed decision we could. Let me start by saying, if I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have never experienced such a jarringly rude interaction despite moving frequently due to my job. The tone and fairly questionable ableist comments which had nothing to do with the conversation was staggering. The lack of professional conduct and basic respect was overwhelming. I was contacted last night via phone call regarding a rental property I had inquired about from the Apartment List website. She did not introduce herself and then struggled through reading the listing address, quitting halfway through the street name, carelessly stated how she lost what source she got my contact information from, and by the time the call ended I questioned whether or not the call was made by a legitimate realtor because never have I felt so attacked especially as a prospective client. I have listed below quotes verbatim that bothered me and as someone who gives the benefit of the doubt I merely could not sit back and allow someone to talk to people the way the quotes below reflect.
While asking a clarifying question about the application she chuckled and said, "Yes, we still need those, I'm not gonna spell it out for you."
"Make sure you fill out all of it, I get people who apply that can't read and leave the application half empty"
"Yea well I already stated [xyz] so"
Finally, after this horrible conversation, she stated she would send me the application that evening and to this day I have yet to receive it and she left no contact information in the event I have updates or would like information. The only reason I know that Terry Clifton is the woman who maintained such high levels of disdain while again, conversing with a potential client, was because I went out of my way to find the initial listing from the source and saw her name as the realtor and only because of the level of disinterest and disrespect did I write this review as I have never engaged with a company and been so mistreated over a conversation lasting less than five minutes. Truly, I hope this was just a rough day for Terry because I cannot imagine Century 21 tolerates this kind of day to day interactions with clients regularly.

What I like the most about Luis Cortez is he has a lot of patience with me , he never pushed me to make offers and he was always telling if you feel confortable with this home , let’s buy it , otherwise , let’s keep looking for the right one .Even when escrow was open , he was on top of everything , giving me the best advice and suggestions .Thank you Luis for your help , I will be happy to recommend you and recommend you good work you do so professionally.

The agent listened to what I desire in a home, and follow through with Home’s accordingly. Even when I could not show up he still went to view the homes and FaceTime me so that I could be apart of the walkthrough process to see if I was interested. When I found homes I was interested in he followed up right away to get access for us to view. If it was something I was interested in the property whether it was early morning or late night he contract paperwork ASAP.
