We visited on a rainy day so it was pretty slow and a very enjoyable shopping experience due to the help of Hannah! She hooked us up with the best deals and made sure we found the perfect jackets we didn't even know we were looking for. Hannah was so helpful and kind, definitely makes us want to come back & buy all our clothes / gifts here in the future. Hoping management sees this as she deserves the recognition & praise for being such an amazing person. :)

Service was absolutely terrible. The workers were extremely rude and unwelcoming. They didn't offer any help and instead glared at me rudely as my family and i were shopping. I watched as the workers whispered amongst themselves whilst sending my family harsh glares. When we went to checkout, the worker was extremely rude. She eyed my family and i up and down, rolled her eyes at us multiple times, and basically threw our bags at us after we paid. Never coming here again.

I took my father here today to buy some jeans and my experience was awful! The woman working at the cash register was terrible. She didn't greet the customers and she never once asked us or the other customers if they needed help. Instead she was on her phone the whole time and gave the customers dirty looks. This behavior at a professional business is unacceptable! How dare you ignore your customer and mistreat them! Shame on you! Lucky brand has wonderful clothing but their employees are a joke and need to be fired! This store has the worst customer service and I will not be coming back to this location! I hope her manager reads my review and takes this as a serious issue because it is. I don't understand what this woman's issue was and it is irrelevant because her job is to put the customer first and make sure that they have a positive shopping environment which she failed to do. She was upset looking, rude, judgmental, and discriminatory. For the reference of the management team the woman working has black hair, and she was about 5'7, she was middle aged, and was Latin American. Please speak to her because she needs to be punished for her awful awful behavior. Anyone who reads my review please stay clear of this nasty woman and goto a different lucky brand location!

I love Lucky Brand products. But this store is less than subpar. I came in looking for a pair of Bermuda style bottoms. When the girl working there finally acknowledged me, she didn't know what kind of shorts those were, didn't know what they had in stock of any of their styles. She asked the other girl working there, "do you know what shes talking about." Then just pointed to a corner without even making eye contact. Very rude and poor customer service. Hopefully management does a better job screening who they hire.

My last experience at that store was a joke...not a funny joke, but one, nonetheless. I went in to exchange a pair of jeans which were shipped very incorrectly. Just that took upwards of 45 mins. Kind of ridiculous....
