Terrible experience in purchasing a door and trying to schedule the install. The door arrived at Lowe's but we were never notified. Found out about the arrival 10 days later because we inquired about our door. We then have tried to schedule the install but a person named Ruth left voicemails to call for scheduling the install. Our return calls always went to voicemail. We finally called Lowe's to get a direct phone number to the installer and bypass the scheduler. Going back to Home Depot or local store for future big purchases.

Went to Lowe's in Rancho Cucamonga to get a new washing machine. I figured I could get the military 10% discount off the washer and save a little money. My wife and I bought a washer but were later told they don't honor the military discount on big ticket items. The salesperson checked and the washer we picked was in stock. We added delivery, haul away and installation. I bought new hoses for the new washer and graciously received the 10% discount on the $20 hoses. Thank you so much Lowe's. The following day I received an email telling me the entire order had been cancelled. I called Lowe's and was told they don't have the washer we picked in stock so they just cancelled everything. I was disappointed and wished someone would have called to arrange for a different washer. It was just very low class and lacked good customer service. Needless to say, I will be buying a washer at a Lowe's competitor now. Thanks for nothing Lowe's.

I own a mechanic shop and use Craftsman as my beater tools. Went in to replace an allen socket set that has round out. The employee at the front desk immediately says we can't help you with the whole set just the one socket or tool that is damaged. I've done this for 7 years with no issues. So I calmly explain to him I've done this multiple times and that they don't just sell the one allen socket on its own, and every time I was told that they end up swapping out the whole set because they don't sell them individually. Well once I mentions that he got upset I was telling him how to do his job he calls over a female manager that immediately goes to tell me the same things instead of hearing me out and what I had to say. only after getting upset and explaining to them that they're out of policy and what their saying doesn't hold up to Craftsman and Lowe's replacement policy. They then call over Juan the "real manager" who refuses to help me as well and when I ask him to show me the policy knowing I knew he was wrong he tells me to leave and will not help me. I went directly to the Upland Lowe's and had no issue. I hope Lowe's sees this and takes action towards Juan and others!!!!!!

Honestly probably the nicest Lowes I've ever been to AND the fastest. I like to order ahead to avoid buying more than I need to and this time I was worried about my order since it was going to be heavy. The young man who helped me not only loaded it up on a cart for me but he also offered to help me out with it without me even asking! Very kind and much appreciated ??.

I went into this store On saturday january twenty eighth And stopped at the help desk as I had a craftsman 3/8 Ratchet, I needed to get warranty on. The gentleman there said we probably don't have that exact one, just get something close. My dad purchased this ratchet in the 1980s. No way they were gonna have the same one. I went and found one and went back to the help desk and there was 2 ladies there and they told me I had to go and find the exact 1 or I could not claim warranty on it. I tried to explain to her that this was purchased in the 1980s. And you'll never find the same one. She then told me to go deal with craftsman When Sears handled this line, no questions were asked. You walked in said it was broken. They gave you a new one. I don't normally write reviews but this really pissed me off I will never go back to the store again.

I wish there was a minus score, BUYER BEWARE of buying kitchen cabinets from this place, it's been a total nightmare dealing with them. We paid for the cabinets in November and have had nothing but problems. Starting with the quality which lots of the 30k cabinets being a cheap cardboard type material. Some doors came damaged and the replacements were also damaged, took 3 times to get it right. We're still waiting for several other pieces to finish the kitchen 3 1/2 months later. Promises made and broken over and over again. It's been a nightmare that seems never ending. Do yourselves a favor and don't commit the same mistake we made. I hope this helps someone thinking about it.

My friend and I we walked into Lowe’s and all of a sudden it’s gentleman is like can I help you guys he didn’t seem to be in uniform or anything so we asked him did he know where a certain part was right off he told us where the part was and we went to go get so as we’re walking around the store, we run into the same gentleman and all of a sudden I said, what is your name because you’re very helpful he said his name was Hugo. Very nice and polite guy. He made me and my friends so happy that we came to Lowe’s Hugo. Thank you very much for your help.

Zero STARS!!! Cecilia one of the employees is soo damn rude. This is the last time I ever shop here ! I asked her to help me find a size for a valve 2x but she flat out ignored me to flirt with one of the male associates! Idc who’s car your taking to lunch, attend me first I’m a paying customer! How rude.
