They get robbed because there are no workers on the floor. All 8 of them stand next to register area. Forget getting any help. Hung out in Bath section for 20 minutes and no one appeared at all.

Great shopping and customer service experience! I was in need of a new washer and Yolanda/team were very knowledgeable and helped me select the best washer for my needs. Delivery was quick, easy and efficient. Overall, amazing experience!

Terrible experience in purchasing a door and trying to schedule the install. The door arrived at Lowe’s in Rancho Cucamonga but we were never notified. Found out about the arrival 10 days later because we inquired about our door. We then have tried to schedule the install but a person named Ruth left voicemails to call for scheduling the install. Our return calls always went to voicemail. We finally called Lowe’s to get a direct phone number to the installer and bypass the scheduler. Going back to Home Depot or local store for future big purchases.
We finally made it to install date, but the installer had to return the door to Lowe's because it is the wrong door and does not match the invoice. Lowe's has had the door for over month and never checked the door to the invoice, unbelievable.

this store lies and always tells you they dont issue store credit. that's a lie. READ their return policy. then they manipulate the return so it gets denied. they need to follow lowes policy and stop lying to customer.
