We've been through a number of shop and mobile groomers, and while there have been some good ones, Love That Dog and Cat has been far-and-away the best. Priscilla is always on time and professional, and lets me know when she's a bit early or needs to change the schedule (which almost never happens). She's authentically loving and warm with our dogs (two high-energy mini dachshunds). Previously, my doxies tended to look slightly traumatized after a grooming, but they always look happy and relaxed when I retrieve them from Priscilla. She even has a sweet and super mellow "support pup" (a little Frenchie named Gator) that sits with my more high-strung pup as his brother is getting groomed, keeping him calm while he waits. She always does a wonderful job with them; they look and smell great! She's strictly mobile now, and she has a wonderful mobile grooming salon truck/trailer (extremely clean and neat) that fits perfectly into a larger parking spot, about the size of a large-cab truck; this is great since we live in a small condo complex and parking is spotty. The price is moderate for a mobile groomer (you're paying for the convenience of her coming to you) and she's worth every penny for the stress it saves our dogs from going through. I also need to mention that Priscilla does deep dental cleaning as well, while the pups are awake, without anesthetic, which completely floors me. She sends before and after photos of our dog's teeth, and again, the dogs are always happy and relaxed afterwards. She has annual specials that help with the price on this. For small dogs, especially, dental care is super important to their overall health, and we're so happy we found someone who can contribute to proactively helping keep our pups healthy (with all their teeth)! If you're looking for a mobile groomer, Priscilla is the one to go with.

We love Love That Dog and Cat. Not only does Priscilla do a beautiful non-anaesthetic, deep dental cleaning, she is a fantastic mobile grooming service. Priscilla is very communicative, letting me know of any schedule changes, when she's on the way, and when she's finishing up the grooming. She sends before and after photos of our dog too. We highly recommend Love That Dog and Cat.

My dog has been getting groomed for the pass 5+ years with her. She is the best!!! Very caring, patient and great at what she does. She makes you feel like family. I used to drive 30 mins to see her now she comes to my home. I don't trust my dog to anyone else!!!!

Great place to get your dogs groomed. Priscilla does an amazing job. She is a cool, laid back person. ?? I never had any issues with her services! Glad I found her, reasonable price too.

Priscilla at Love that Dog and Cat really does love your pet! I contacted her to inquire about full grooming for my 12-week old Shih-tzu and she was very friendly and helpful. She had great communication via text to let me know when she was on her way, and arrived right on time. My puppy was clearly comfortable with her, and Priscilla was kind enough to send progress pics throughout the groom. My little girl looked and smelled SO GOOD afterwards. Priscilla provides top-notch service and is really nice. I can't imagine having someone else groom my puppy as she grows up. Thanks Priscilla!

Priscilla and Justin did an amazing job with our Soda. They were so patient and kind to our shy boy. They took time with us chatting about Soda, his personality, and what services he needed. If you're looking for people who will treat you and your dog like family these are the groomers to go with. It was a great experience in all ways and Soda was happy!

We LOVED our experience with Priscilla! One of our dogs has major anxiety and can't go to a regular groomer. She took such good care of our dogs and she is honestly the sweetest person. She genuinely cares for your pet like it's her own. Our whole family trusts are pups with her! We are so lucky to have found her! Thank you Priscilla!!

I have no words! Priscilla and her momma are amazing! Such genuine souls that truly love their clients. Her mobile van is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Like do dogs even step foot in there?! Priscilla was on time and did a fantastic job. I was a little nervous as it was our pup's first professional grooming session but the moment Priscilla came out I was immediately put at ease with her warm and calm demeanor. She is so down to earth and sweet! I will not use anyone else for our boy's grooming needs. He smelt soooo amazing and got a glow in the dark Halloween bandana :) Thank you soooo much Priscilla!

oh my god. First of all the owners of the business are SO easy to schedule with, very welcoming, and prices are honestly the best I've seen anywhere. I've taken my fur baby to lots of studios around Rancho as well as having mobile groomers coming to the house. Let me tell you though, look no further than these guys because they will get your pet right!!! My dog got a well needed teeth cleaning (not to mention they did a much better job than a licensed veterinarian we went too) as well as his grooming session. He smelt like a dream and not to mention he came out with the most adorable Halloween themed bib!!!! These guys are no joke, I love them so much!!!!

We have been bringing our Mini Schnauzer, Korra to Priscilla since she was around 4 months and we have never been disappointed. Priscilla is so sweet and very loving towards Korra and I could tell that she loves what she does. My baby Korra gets so happy and excited to see her and that tells me everything I need to know. She has given her the schnauzer cut during winter and shaved her down during the summer and we've never had an issue. It usually takes around 1 and a half to 2 hours, so I tend to run errands during that time. It works out well and the price is very reasonable for everything that's included. We love picking her up and seeing how gorgeous she looks Highly recommend Priscilla for your dogs grooming needs, you will not be disappointed

I can't say enough positive compliments about Priscilla/Love That Dog and Cat! We rescued our dog baby at the beginning of Covid. We committed to her even though se was skiddish, nervous, underweight with health issues, and had mange. She desperately needed grooming and most likely never had a grooming before. She was rescued from the streets of TJ, Mexico. In a time where it was impossible to get a grooming service due to the shutdown we were lucky enough to find Priscilla. She listened when my son and I talked about our doggie and our concerns. We loved the fact that it is a non-sterile pet grooming facility. It helps calm our dog and makes her feel more comfortable. Priscilla is so gentle and loving. Not only does my dog love her but she always looks and smells great after her grooming. Since our dog has been going to Priscilla her coat is healthy, shiny and smells good. Priscilla offers a service call Theraclean that has been instrumental in reducing my allergens. It also keeps her coat from smelling longer than a regular bath. It has made all the difference in her coat. My son and I love seeing Priscilla and get excited to see what our doggie will look like when done. Most importantly, I trust Priscilla to care for the needs of my dog and keep her safe and comfortable. If you want a "homey", safe, and comforting groomer I highly recommend Priscilla.
