Car wash is decent, but ofc a bit pricier than other places bc they wash it themselves. They have different services they offer with different tiers, which I bought the cheapest tear which was silver and was about $25. They do a pretty good job, although I noticed a few things they missed but the car looked much cleaner so I think it's not bad for the price.

This car wash is the worst I have ever visited and I took an Audi Q5 SUV to be washed this past Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11 in the morning to do a wash for 22.00 dollars plus tires and perfume but what a surprise when they were going to deliver the SUV to me they had broken the passenger's windshield wiper and the manager of the place came out to say that he was going to give me a free carwash for the next time just like that.
So I went to buy the broken part and took it to the carwash to have it replaced and pay me for the part that had been broken and the manager very rudely told me that they would pay for it but that they would not put it on that it was my turn and very rude and disdainful this Asian who did not want to fix my SUV.
It is very bad service, do not use this place, very bad service.

I went to this car wash that gets super busy, but despite the crowd, we were in and out in about 35-40 minutes tops. They offer a waiting area both outside and inside, with the inside area being where you pay. The car wash provides different packages depending on what you're looking to get for your car.
For as quickly as they work, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the job. The pricing is decent, especially considering other detail services that charge more. If you want to maintain the detailing on your car from previous services, this is the place to go.
I saw some reviews accusing them of missing items, but that wasn't the case for me. Overall, it was a pretty good and fast service for what it is.

Use to come here a lot with my cars but since their service has been declining the past couple years it went from A+ service to a C- passable service. Would not recommend coming here due to the pricing and quality of service

I have been going here for the last 5 years with my 2 cars. I have noticed consistently poorer service on cars washes. My wife left, by accident, her spray perfume bottles, two, in the glove box. When driving home, she found them gone.
Also make sure your license plate is correct on the receipt, if not and you leave, the manager makes you jump though many hoops to get it changed to the correct plate number. No one, including that manager will do anything to help, except to demand your receipt and proof of correct license plate on that date. This has to be given to owner, to change in system, and he "comes in whenever " per the staff. This keeps you from getting your car wash points added on. Also they are not reliable on making sure the owner is given your documentation that you submitted to either cashier or manager.
Car washes are done at a 2 to 3 star level.
Will not return.

Fast, cheaper than other car washes nearby, and the best service around. I’ve come a couple times now since I’ve switched from my old car wash and have been very happy with the results every single time. Great employees too.

Worst car wash EVER!! They basically spary water on your car and there's an extra charge for soap and to get pollen off, which they think is sap....literally the worst car wash establishment ever

After vacuuming the guy failed to move my car. They tried. The parking brake was on. I saw my car try to go forward 6 times. So I go knock on the window and ask the guy if he needs help. He gets out and another guy comes up. He gets in. I tell him the parking brake is on. He looks at me and says, "no it's not." Once he releases the parking brake it moves forward. I asked the first guy if he has a driver's license. Tbh, in my opinion, he shouldn't if he does.

Vacuuming was subpar. Interior was left dusty. Not the first time we were disappointed after spending over $30. Won't be back.

I've been going to this car wash for well over a decade. Always great service. Lived in Rancho 2006, moved to N. Fontana, and now in Upland for past 7 years and still drive over.
