I was in urgent need of getting my 3 dogs bathed, but every groomer I called turned me down. That’s until I gave Lorrie a call. Even though she was fully booked, she took me in and handled my dogs with care. Keep in mind I have three dogs—a medium, a large, and an extra-large breed. My biggest concern was my large Rottie mix. Every other groomer I’ve tried has been afraid to work with her due to her anxiety, despite me always explaining that she’s a sweetheart who just needs extra patience.
Lorrie worked her magic, and for the first time, I received amazing feedback on how well-behaved my Rottie was during her grooming session. I was so relieved and touched that I even started to cry! Lorrie was able to give her the pampering she deserved without any issues. Even though I live 35 minutes away, I will gladly make the drive again because I’ve finally found a groomer who truly cares. Highly recommend Lorrie’s Paw Spa!

Ms. Lorrie, the owner and her staff are awesome. They make one feel at home as they always say hi and check how the pet is doing. Great place for one to take their lovely pets for grooming.

I have been a customer for many years and Lorrie is very professional, extremely knowledgeable regarding cats and dogs. Has a definite Love and passion for animals. She is very helpful, kind and caring. And she has a great team behind her at the spa. She is without a doubt, the very best I have ever run across?

I have brought my cat here twice, and their work is great! My cat is well taken care of, Lorrie and her employees are professional, courteous and warm. It is busy, but the animals are well taken care of and it's a pleasant environment. Prices are competitive and I am happy to take them my business. This is Bad Boy, and she gets a "lion" cut lol

I’ve been coming here for over a year now with my dog and cat. You can tell Lorrie and her team truly care for the animals they are dealing with. After every grooming Lorrie always reports back on my dogs skin condition and even pushed me towards a medication for her itching to bring up during our next vet visit. We tried the medication and my dogs skin is night and day according to Lorrie and her team and her itching has stopped almost completely. Thank you guys!

I am very careful about my pets, but I finally took these two wild ones in. Both are nervous with two new people iam too. But Lori is an old soul with an easy laugh. Lori seems to sense the little one does not like to be handled, and she worked quickly and gently. I am very impressed.
