Just left this Loft in Victoria Gardens. So disappointed in the customer service, lack of. No greeting, sharing of sale event or helping me set up a dressing room. No checking of sizes, etc. At least 3 people working and no acknowledgment at all during the 30 min I was in the store. Clothes were also wrinkled, not steamed. No wonder Loft is losing customers and closing its stores.

How do i begin? The sales associate forgot to put the receipt in my bag. Called after I drove 23 miles away to get home, but it wasn't in my bag as he told me! Asked if it could be emailed to me. No can do! What the heck? I have to spend another hour and gas money for my receipt that he forgot to put in my bag with my purchase! Ridiculous!! Won't be shopping at that location again! Shoppers, take my advice! Check your bag before you walk out of the store! Don't take their word for it!!!!!

I stopped in today to make an exchange on a gift I received for Christmas that was too big. I was followed around the store by an employee who wanted to hold my bag upfront more than she was concerned with helping me find my size in something that actually fit me... I ended up finding a few extra pieces I added to my exchange. Once I got up to the register it was the same employee who followed me around, once again started giving me a hard time at the register. I gave her the phone number of the gift giver she rolled her eyes and loudly said there's no purchase under that number so I called my clientswho gifted me the item she gave me her email address then the purchase history was found, even then this lady was condescending to me. Customer service is everything

Always rude, no matter what time of day or who is working. Very snooty and did not ask me if I needed any assistance, though asked every other customer that walked in that was NOT my ethnicity.

Today is Jan 30, 2022 an fyi to shoppers, they close at 5 pm on Sunday's. Maybe call before you go. It says temporary hours on the door, the hours written in the paper are different from the website and yelp info.

LOFT HAS GREAT QUALTY, CLOTHING. GREAT STYLES BUT IS VERY PRICEY! Everyone is very nice Nd helpful.

The clothing is wonderful but it ‘s the customer service that is awful. They act like you are a bother when they are helping you out . They do not greet you when you come in. If you are a minority they ignore you. I have been there 3 times and thought it was my imagination that they ignore minorities but the three times I have been there they greet and help the person next to me and ignore me. I have to ask for help. They don’t greet or say thank you for into the store when checking you out. I must say this is the store that is closest to me because many have shut down. I think The Loft needs to train their employees on better customer services . I also think a secret shopper on behalf of the Loft should go in an see how minorities are treated . Also it’s a shame that despite the Loft closing many stores the employees that still have a job are still providing bad customer service. I can see why The Loft is losing money on sales.

Went in to shop at this store yesterday. I was greeted by Calle. She was unbelievable !!! I looked at a blouse and it had short shelf's and I told her I don't like shorter sleeves anymore. You know she actually directed me to the same blouse with perfect sleeves. Then she showed me different items which I loved her sharing her opinion with me. I learned a lot and I will be checking back very soon. I loved her customer service and appreciate her suggestions. She is a wonderful employee. Please ask for her when you go in because she will go out of her way to help you. Thank you!!!

I would give no stars for this specific location. I love loft .., but the white retail associates here did not ask me if I needed any assistance. I overheard them offering to start dressing rooms for others but not me, who clearly had arms full of clothing. When I asked one of the ladies to check a price for me she told me to walk up to the register and check for myself. With current social injustices and circumstances at this time; one has to wonder. loft needs Diversity and Inclusion training for their employees.
