It's been more than 4 years...consistently AWESOME medical evaluation, advice & treatments. Today, Elias & Dilpreet provided Excellent medical evaluation with such a kind & compassionate demeanor. As always I didnt have to wait. I received prompt & courteous care. Thank you for the excellent service from all other staff members!I was feeling so sick on Friday at 6 am. I went to Lani website & made in office appt, virtual was also avail for same day. I didnt wait that long. The Dr ran a few tests and listened to me. At other urgent cares, medical staff rush you & cut you short. But the doctor gave me medicine. By that evening, I was in alot less pain & by next day, I felt 95% better. On Monday, Dr Elias called to follow up. Other urgent cares only refer you to hospital since they don't have equip like x ray machine. Dr Elias called me with lab results which simply confirmed Dr diagnosis on Friday. I highly recommend Lani Urgent Care in Rancho Cucamonga and Chino. Both locations are GREAT!

I have been to multiple other local urgent cares in Rancho that accept my insurance and unhappy with them. But this one is great!!! I will definitely continue to come here in the future. I walked in and only waited maybe 20 mins to be seen, Dr Bhagat was very helpful. Other urgent care told me I probably just had allergies and a bug.. this office was able to give me a test and turns out I had the flu.

I appreciate everyone's support from this location last week. They were able to verify my eligibility in order to be seen as through Loma Linda VA hospital. They accommodated me as a Walk In and assisted in every way an Urgent Care could think of. I would definitely go back if anything else were to arise.

Excellent, service. I didn’t have to wait crazy hours, probably not even one hour. I did not have an appointment, it was pretty busy, and still got in good time. The establishment is nice and clean, and staff really helpful. Definitely would recommend.

This place never lets me down. I've been seen here for about 4 years now and still absolutely LOVE THEM.. They care for my special needs daughter and they give her so much respect and make her feel so important. They have hearts and they show it while staying professional. I love you guys.. Thank you for all your love and support and care you've given to me and my family. ♥️♥️

The doctor that saw me and my wife was good. Here’s the problem tho, this clinic is so greedy and the front desk staff they have are not even trained or worse might even be trained to be that way. We had our annual check up (new provider, new insurance cause of new work) with them. We went to them because our insurance said that they are one of the office the insurance covers. We were then greeted with our insurance does not cover the appointment, we insisted to verify as we were directed here as it was covered, the front desk staff confirmed we were not covered. Having to schedule a day off from work, we decided to just pay. After the appointment is done, we spoke with our insurance provider and they did confirm that we were covered and only need to pay the copay. They are taking care of it now. So this clinic just blatantly lied to our face. Fast forward a few days, we came back for a test reading. I then needed to do another test to confirm, we requested for our result but they won’t give us the result until we do the test they needed and they keep saying they have the test in their clinic. We insist in getting our result but they won’t give it. We don’t have much time that day so we just went home without my result. Fast forward, I had my test scheduled in a different clinic as I don’t feel comfortable with this clinic anymore. I needed to get the order for the test they needed from me to do the test so I can provide it to them to give me my result. They want me to book an appointment again and pay copay, just to get the order to take the test so I can provide it to them to get my previous result from the first test. At this point our patient run out and explained how many misinformation they have been giving us including not releasing my result and making us pay full when we were covered by insurance. We really insisted to get my result if they don’t want to give the order for the test. And they did give it to me. Based from my experience, think twice before you deal with this clinic. They’re all smiling, happy, and welcoming (except from the front desk lady we had) but in the end we felt that this clinic prioritize business first rather than the patient.

Made an appointment for a 12:15 phone appointment. Had not received a call at 12:30 so I called the office and was told that I am still in line and the provider would be calling me soon. At 2pm I still had not received a call so I called the office and was again told that I am still in line and the provider would be calling me soon. At 5:30pm I still had not received a call so I called the office and was told that I am still in line but since they prioritize people who are physically in the office, the providers would not call me, regardless of my appointment time, until the people physically in the office had been taken care of, and that the providers would call me shortly.

Me and my family love Lani city urgent care! Fast friendly and very professional! My kids pediatrician is located in Riverside, so to have Lani city Rancho Cucamonga only a couple miles away when I need them is amazing!! Thank you so much for always taking great care of me and my kids when we are sick or injured! Thank you ??
