The place is clean, nice area courteous workers, but......THEIR PRICES have QUADRUPLED in the past 1 1/2 year! I know we're living unprecedented times, but it's too much of a difference, and I felt it I'm my pocket. Also, the material of your merchandise has been downgraded, and my body felt the cheaper rougher material. Not coming back anymore, I need to find me another store. Thank you for the 20-something years that you were my favorite store. Ta-ta

I had the pleasure of visiting the Lane Bryant store in Rancho Cucamonga and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Alicia. From the moment I stepped into the store, Alicia's professionalism and warmth made me feel incredibly welcome. I was in need of new bras and Alicia went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect fit.

The staff was super helpful and they keep this location clean and very presentable.The new products were on display in cute mix and match outfits. The clearance was easy to navigate without clutter. There was easy to access dressing rooms. The prices were fair. Only downfall was no chairs to try on shoes.

6/7/2023 1:20 PMNot one employee acknowledged us throughout the 20 minutes we attempted to shop around the store and ignored us standing in front of the fitting rooms for 5 minutes while waiting. The blonde haired employee and other dark haired employee instead talked for 20 minutes with another lady (very loudly might I add to where they could be heard across the store) about inappropriate topics such as their periods, vaginas, and uterus. Even after the other woman finally left, they continued to talk amongst themselves at the front counter and not once offer assistance. This was extremely rude and unprofessional on so many levels and we decided to leave and not purchase any items simply because of this.
