The receptionist is very rude and talked to me like a nuisance everytime I've had to come to this location for bloodwork. It's frequently busy because of their short hours. The technicians are very nice and competent, but the stressful handling before the labwork makes the overall experience negative.

Receptionist at all locations are always rude, this one here is incompetent. Technicians laughing and talking, long wait, and they go on break whenever they want

Make your appointment super ahead of time. If not they take walk-ins. If you go later in the day the more you will have to wait. They need a sign outside stating that if you are a walk-in you must check in on the computers, then leave your paperwork in the baskets on the front desk. Let them know if you're going to wait in your car and they should send you a text so long as you put the correct number on the check in computer.

Terrible experience from the moment I walked in they were not immediate to help. Started using the machine since no one greeted or asked for paperwork. Was yelled at by the (not racist) African lady nurse because the kiosk was not working and that I had to sign in manually but I wasn’t informed that when I walked in. Overall just a HORID experience with the front desk. The only good person in there was the guy attending my blood work Demetrius. Left one star because I could not leave a 0.

They are severely understaffed (as we were told by an employee) and it shows. The line was 40 people deep at opening. Instead of letting people check-in at the kiosks and wait in their cars, they made everyone stand in line outside on the concrete, while it was raining and cold. They made no accommodations for the sick, elderly, or the disabled, all of whom were present. They did everything they could to get people to leave without being seen, including greatly exagerating wait times (they estimated 4 patients per hour which is less than half what they do) and just being unnecessarily rude and dismissive (to be fair, there did seem to be 1 nice employee in the place, but only1.) While being understaffed, you'd think they would be busy, but actually there seemed to be to no hurry at all, the staff were chatting with each other and seemed unconcerned about keeping folks waiting. Also, little care was taken with personal info, names were yelled and discussions about how to do a stool sample were conducted in front of other patients. How humiliating for that person! All this could have been resolved with appropriate kiosk check-ins and letting people wait in their cars, but that would have meant they had to call or text patients and they seemed reluctant to do that step, citing the small number of staff and small waiting area, which didnt make sense. It also could be resolved by better staffing, opening new locations (though they just closed two nearby we were told), allowing more appointments and fewer walk-ins, and posting correct location hours on the website. But hey, they know best, right?

Labcorp is a poorly ran company. They send you to locations that are closed and this location ends up taking everyone from the area. Expect to wait for a few hours outside standing. Expect to be treated rudely. This place is worst than dealing with the DMV. They requested I wait outside in the rain for what would be a few hours. I withdrew from job offer due to dealing with this situation. Without doubt the worst drug test/physical location I have ever been to.

May and Melissa were amazing. Such patience and gentle with my son who has Down Syndrome and can be a handful with blood draws. Thank you so much, M&Ms!!!!

It is the first time I have been to this place, the woman in front did not want to assist me because I did not know how to explain well in English since I do not speak the language and a person who kindly offered to help me also ignored her so I had to to go without my studies

The nurses are great , but the reception team is so rude it’s like they purposely hire rude people. They can be assertive and be kind and respectful. There’s sick people, people with anxiety and just different issues that negative energy is not really needed.

Today I went for a fasting blood test and I had to return at 12:40pm and it is supposed to be open until 3pm but I was surprised that it was closed and when I was about to get to my car someone came out and told me He asked if I had an appointment because they only serve by appointment, they have a schedule on the website that doesn't actually work as they show

They are professional. There may be a wait. They have a kiosk check in which makes things easier
