It's gone down hill for a while. The sauna is always breaking. It's currently not working as I write this and it takes months to "fix". Plus it's always dirty in the facility. That's what happens when this place is run by children always on their phone or pervy trainers only paying attention to their female clients.

Best gym I been to with lots of beautiful women. All the equipment is state of the art. Sauna is excellent. I still have to test out the pool but I don’t like public pools so I probably never will. Melissa at the front desk is very polite and professional at her job.

Speaking through the intercom for a whole hr laughing and saying things to everyone. Then i go to the front to express that it was annoying and inconsiderate to be yelling the most random things that no one could concentrate most of the gym had emptied because of this person and no one at the front desk or the manager are stopping this nonsense. The persons response was you should’ve brought head phones!? Not everyone can bring some! And then he said oh i’m sorry but you're leaving already so you're not going to hear it anymore. What!!!?? Seems like immature high school kids working in the front and not taking a job seriously. Makes matters worst are ruining everyone’s workout sesh. Literally made you want to rip your ears out. Hope someone comes down here to put a stop to this. So sad to even have to make a review but it was brushed off when i said something at the front desk nicely.

This gym is always pretty clean, the machines are kept up.The downside is after 8 PM You will have the front desk staff acting childish, playing with the intercom. Their response “That’s why you wear headphones “

I just went to this really nice gym and the staff was super friendly! Also, I noticed they have a kids room that's only $10 per month. Isn't that awesome?

There's is a front desk woman who makes me feel uncomfortable every time I walk in the gym. I feel she should be fired for her unprofessional behavior, I would rate the gym 5 stars because when going at times, she is not around. it's very pleasant here. It's the 18th today, and I checked in. And I'm thinking about leaving because of her attitude.Edit:They got rid of that unpleasant woman, and I really enjoy coming here. I miss some of the old employees but the new staff is full of smiles. So I changed my one star to five stars!

Definitely the nicest LA Fitness (AKA Esporta) gym I've been to. Always looks clean to me for the most part except for the occasional cleaning wipe on the floor, but it's definitely less than other gyms I've been to. Considering I've worked at a gym as housekeeping, it's definitely hard to constantly maintain it as gym goers are always dropping stuff and mot picking up afyer themselves, so not a big issue for me. My biggest gripe with this place is that the weights are hardly ever re-racked and even worse, when they are they're not even in the right place. The free weights are also in a weird setup order. The weights not be re-racked are a pet peeve of mine, but other than that, I'd still come to this gym any day.

Great staff and I’m really enjoying the gym!Downside is that the weights are HARDLY EVER put back!Every once in a while would you find what you look for where they belong.Also, restrooms usually out of soap and paper towels

I just moved to the area and I do believe this gym offers cleanliness and friendly staff. I will be coming back here again.
