I had a contract with the school. But they overcharged me for seven weeks. They said they will give me credits. But they just continued overcharged me. I transferred my kid to other school. I never received the overcharged fee until now. Be careful. They don’t do what they promise you.

Kiddie Academy has been a Success For my children! The staff is very friendly and supportive! I have a sense of peace when I drop my girls off in the morning. Each staff member is kind and caring. I know when I drive away my girls are in good hands. Thank you for providing a safe place for my children to grow.

I don't even know where to begin, the kiddie academy has exceeded all my expectations and more, my Kids love it here , Ms,Brittany , Ms.Amy, Ms.Angie, Ms.Liz, Ms.Hope, Ms.Kate, Mr.Kobe , Ms.brittney and all the other wonderful staff here i cannot thank them enough, the kids have adjusted here in just short 5 months , My son literally told me i love it here multiple times , they really put your child first , it's so nice walking in and them receiving your child with love, like if they are their own children, my daugther just turn 2 and she's been doing sign language at home thanks to the wonderful teachers at kiddie academy of rancho, they are helpful and they let you know if your child has any type of accidents , i love the communication with me as a parent i want to be informed about anything involving my kids, The Director Ms.Brittany has been so helpful , kind and caring , but she really is amazing when i started i would call everyday to check up on the kids and she always answer any questions i had without hesitation , even when i would apologize for calling so much. i really gotten to know the staff and feel so safe to leave my kids here to go to work , if you are looking for someone to take care of your babies this is the place. i wish i would of found this daycare sooner for my babies.

My son has been enrolled in the school for 2 years now. He impresses me with his vocabulary, songs he knows, books he's read, things he has learned. His imagination and independence has also grown and flourished. The teachers are sweet and they are helping with his potty training. I've noticed improvements on my son social skills and social awareness. Thank you kiddie academy of Rancho Cucamonga.

My son went here for a year and I gave them chance after chance but ultimately had to pull him for his own safety. He was coming home with bruises, bite marks, scratches, welts, extreme diaper rash & the stories they told me were always changing and never made sense. After the Director Natasha left, all the good went with her. When the next director, Felisha, was arrested for child abuse I called the owners to ask what was going on with the school and her response was "business as usual it's not like the kids know what's happened"... PLEASE keep a close eye on your child if you decide to try this daycare and even better find somewhere else. *looks like they took down about 20+ one star reviews also pertaining to child abuse*

Even worse with the new owners. They are rude, unprofessional, discriminatory, and the place is always dirty now. They have tons of classrooms but most are empty because they don't want to hire more teachers.

My daughter class room always smelled like poop it was disgusting. One of the teacher behaved really rudely with my daughter not just once but twice. She even mentioned that in the cooking class she was pushed by the instructor. We stopped her enrollment right after that incident and then come to find out about the incident about the 8 month old. Her classroom teacher was suppose to call us back and reschedule her assessment with us but over 3 months passed by and no one followed up with us. Every time when i dropped her off I asked for an update but no one bothered to follow up with us, especially the director that use to sit in front.

My 2 yr old son has been attending this school for a number of months now and every single experience I've had with the staff and fellow parents there has been incredible. The teachers are all on a first name basis and they even send you daily emails with updates on your child along with photos of their day, the food they serve looks yummy too.High recommend for anyone in the area looking for reliable and high quality childcare.

I recommend Kiddie Academy! Staff is professional and really accommodating to my family’s needs. This is my son’s first time at school and he seems to really enjoy going. If you’re looking for a school to send your child to, consider Kiddie Academy!

I do not recommend Kiddie Academy based on our experience. If you are considering them, please make sure to visit the CCLD website, for a report on their investigations/citations, many of them recent. Make sure to search their "Childcare - Infant Center", their "School Age Child Care Center", and their "Child Care Preschool" report. Not sure why they aren't combined... but they should be because it's all under the same leadership and staff at the same facility. Our primary complaint is that they lacked adequate staffing when we had our child there. We did not feel our child was safe there nor that they had the staff to supervise the amount of kids they have.

I'd say it's one of the more premier facilities in the area and the Director Miss Felicia is incredible with all the children I've seen. I'm looking forward to my child being here for the next few years until he transitions to elementary school.

My child started at kiddie academy at infant stage and current. Prior to KA, we attempted two other childcare centers that didn't quite work. One was homebased and one was center based. Neither of those came close to KA ! we're starting to potty train at home, but KA has really helped to speed up the process. At KA my child is now comfortable practicing throughout the day with potty training. KA has small, flushing toilets next to short sinks - all perfect sized for toddlers. The restroom area is kept very clean. This is much better than having plastic portable potties that teachers must rinse out. KA entire facility is kept very clean. It appears there is a janitorial service for deep cleaning, especially for covid. Also, the teachers are constantly sweeping up and wiping surfaces. One of my favorite parts of that KA is not only are they trying to keep the community together with food prided for events -- but provides all meals and snacks to the kids daily. Ms. Felicia is the soul, heart and fire of KA- she greets all the children and parents with a inviting smile through her eyes (because of face mask) at the door each morning. She is calm but stern and always seeming to lead by example, my daughter is always laughing and playing with her as we leave for the day. During the day, I can only assume she works with the kids at the academy because of how well she interacts with them all and the response back from children. My daughter loves Ms. Felicia and often talks about her at home with what little words she poses (hahah). I'm sure once equipped with the right words she will tells stories about how Ms. Felicia motivates her etc.Everyday the KA team sends us reports about what my child is doing via the Tadpole app. I was able to see pictures of them and read about what activity they were doing. Also, KA has added cameras to the facility that provides parents a livestream of the classroom and playground. (Assuming it'll be working sooner than later) However, I have not found the need to use the livestream video because I trust Ms. Felicia and the KA team very much. I was able to determine the quality of KA childcare by how WELL my child is interacting, maturing and growing.KA was a blessing to find. My child is happy and is already developing a positive outlook on school and education. The teachers at KA seem to really care about the FUTURE generations. I have peace of mind each day that they are learning and being cared for in a clean and healthy environment. Lavenders

From the first day of school, the staff has welcomed our daughter with open arms and made her feel excited to go to school. The team carry themselves with such professionalism and truly care about each and every child.
