Sent an email on Sunday regarding trying to place an order over the weekend. Coupon code was being rejected. Recieved email on Monday saying the code was valid - not actually acknowledging my problem nor offering an alternative so I could place my order. Never recieved a response.

I made a small tester order, from Canada, to see the quality and service. The quality is on par with other suppliers. All told, my $110 order was the same price as from other suppliers in Canada (after exchange rate), but I later got a $50 Fedex bill on top of the shipping I already paid. All in all, the materials are fine, but I wouldn't recommend ordering from KidAdvance if you're in Canada.
