Zarin was exceptional helping me out at Kay's. I brought in my Christmas present necklace for a broken chain repair (second time in a month!). Instead, Zarin suggested I exchange my necklace for an upgraded –otherwise almost identical– pendant from the same collection. Thanks to the holiday sale running now, I was able to swap my original 1/3 carat diamond pendant on its extremely delicate 10K chain for a full 1 carat diamond pendant on a heavier 14K gold chain, for only $25 extra. The upgraded necklace is presale priced at $2500 as compared to my original necklace which cost $1000 (not bought on sale).Zarin was so patient, helpful, and honestly creative in thinking of this solution for me! She was also funny, fun to talk to, and super knowledgeable.**Pics included of both old and new necklaces; you can see my broken chain and pendant, in between the necklace I exchanged it for and another original necklace on sale at the store for comparison.

Followed Moriah from they Kay in mo val mall. I was so upset thinkin she was gone forever I called corporate to complain ?. Thank God I got Moriah's email telling me she is still around. she is my personal jeweler, therapist and comedian that woman always has me laughing she lifts spirits and makes me and my family truly feel good about our spending. We are glad to see her at a location she deserves to be in. It was also nicer for us to be out of a mall that was falling apart from top to bottom.

Hi I went in today looking for a ring for myself and for my mother and there was a lady at the ring section I wish I would have asked her name because she was super rude with me and my mother when I asked her about the jewelry. She was like do you have someone who’s helping you and I mentioned Daisy she’s been very helpful but she’s at the necklace section but I’m interested more in rings and asked to see rings. The lady gave me a scoff and then when I told her I wanted a different size and how to go about it she was like “that’s all we got you can go online.” She didn’t even offer to look into it I had to ask her how to go about it since I was serious about the ring and not only was I going to buy one but two. She had a bad attitude and wouldn’t offer us anything else since I wanted to leave with 2 pieces of jewelry for me and my mother but she wouldn’t offer to show me anything else. Not sure if she was having a bad day working on Christmas Eve but that’s not my issue as a customer. I had to ask her would you look at another store I’d be more than willing to pick it up elsewhere and if not I’d like to order it online and had to ask her how long does it take ? She wouldn’t divulge or offer to look at any other stores. She really needs to retrained on customer service and how to treat people right. All we were looking into was buying 2 rings which I found online oh! And get this I had to ask her to add the rings to my favorite list so that way I can look it online she didn’t even offer to do that! And the only reason I know that is because I’m a returning customer and had an associate help me before buy a piece of jewelry at another store. What a shame I had to ask her to do her job ?which she could have easily offered that herself. But I really want to highlight ? Daisy she was super helpful too bad I couldn’t find what I was looking for as far as necklace and had I found one I would of bought it from her because she was courteous, helpful, insightful, offered other pieces of jewelry and treated me and my family with respect and as people. Not sure I want to keep giving this company my hard earned money with rude associates like the one in the ring section.

I walked into the store and as I was looking for a gift, Summer approached me and asked me if I needed any help. I was kind of nervous because I was not sure if I was going to find the perfect gift for my husband. As soon as I stated that to Summer, she immediately helped me and was very attentive and reasonable with what I was looking for. It was a huge stress relief to have her help me get the perfect piece of jewelry and the protection program for it as well. She advised me on how or properly take care of the jewelry and how to maintain it for as long as possible. Seriously, if anyone needs help choosing something for your significant other Summer is the lady to go. Employee of the year for her, honestly! Thank you for making my experience amazing!
