Jose did a great job with the detailing for my car, along with being super friendly and offering me water and snacks. I'm really happy with the turnout and I would recommend JH to anyone seeking to give their car a refresh. Great work!

So this was my second time using their services and I have a mixed review. Pros: they are affordable. they come to you. They have their own water supply. For the most part they get the job done. Con: they were late. They missed a few spots. The passenger seat is not as clean as I'd like. I would say just be mindful of the package you choose because you may not get exactly what your asking for. I haven't even checked every little detail. This is just what I noticed getting in the car.So update: they did message me offering to do the whole thing over... mind you I got the diamond package... I was initially appreciative and reached out to schedule a new day. HOWEVER as you can see in the messages that was all for show !!

JH did an amazing job! I got in touch on short notice, they moved a few things around the fit me in. Jose was very courteous, knowledgeable and took his time. My car was super dirty when I called and now it's looking like it came off the showroom floor! I will definitely be using JH in the future. I'm extremely happy with the final results. Thanks guys!

So, I am about 70% satisfied. The exterior work is fine, but I asked for the Diamond service to focus on the interior. A lot of stains we're still still visible. Granted the stains were not as dark. But the rear window was not even cleaned. I noticed a haze while driving and pulled over and wiped it down. I know it wasn't clean because the rag was full of dust. There was a lack of finishing details which was disappointing. I would post photos but I don't think that is necessary.

So I really really want to give this job 5stars. I read the reviews and the ratings ppl gave and I was SOLD! i looked so fwd to this service and i figure "FINALLY!! my suv is going to get DETAILED!!Im big on supporting businesses, big or small, cause you know...its tough out here. I cant help but to feel disappointed in the job I paid for. I paid $240 for shampoo/detailing and a wash. The gentleman that did the job spent almost 4hrs on my toyota highlander. Maybe it was too hot outside...I dont know? The pictures will speak for itself. The guy who did the job said he couldn't get the stains out of my backseats. He forgot so many different areas, I had to point them out. The back small windows had my kids finger prints on it still and he noticed it when I opened the back door of my suv trunk. He grabbed a rag and spray and wiped it....I pointed out another area...he got that too. I started to feel a little annoyed as I had to point and say "can you get this part? How about this part?" Dont get me wrong the floors were great but i have all weather covering on it so it didnt need too much attention. Its the seats i needed shampooed. The seats had the stains and to tell me you couldnt get it out but i still have to pay for it in full with nothing discounted? It just didnt seem fair. I've had these stains before on the seats and it came out from a place I use to go to when i lived near LA. Im very disappointed in the outcome of this detailing. Its literally in the wording, you just missed all the "DETAILS" of my vehicle. I'll have to make time to wipe down corners and small areas of my vehicle this weekend.

Scheduled an appointment for Friday and no show. Lack of proper communication between the owner and his workers. They ended up coming the next day. My car did need a lot of interior detailing but because he took longer than usual they wanted to upcharge me for the whole diamond package. I still ended up paying more than what was advertised just for the interior. The kid did great work but the owner is very unprofessional overall. Do not bother using this service if you want to be ripped off.

If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! My husband and I have been blown away by the professionalism and amazing detailing on our car today. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Josiah who took care of my Telluride. I needed a deep interior clean and not only was Josiah able to accommodate me at short notice (within 24 hours of reaching out), he did an absolutely remarkable job.You can clearly tell that Josiah takes pride in his work. He showed genuine passion for what he does, giving his full attention to every detail. The deep clean was thorough, leaving the interior of my Telluride looking immaculate, almost as if it was brand new.Josiah's commitment to providing excellent service really shone through, and it's evident he cares greatly about his customer's satisfaction. First, the owner was really responsive to my questions. Which is always good since this is our first time getting this kind of service. And certainly not last. We had our Tesla cleaned earlier today & Josiah really did a great job! Very approachable, gives updates, reliable, and professional. Will definitely get their services again. I messaged a few mobile detailing companies and JH Auto Detailing responded the quickest with the best price.Scheduling was really easy, he had time slots available the very next day but I opted for a later day in the week.Jose came to our appointment on time. He had everything he needed in his vehicle. A regular wash for our cars took about an hour and a half while the detailing on our suv took about 2.5 hours. He was very nice and personable.My husband and I were happy with the service.

JH Auto detailing did a outstanding job! I reached out to them yesterday around night time. I needed them ASAP and they made it happen! I reached out to many people! They were fast at responding and had the best availability! I needed someone ASAP since my husband found some mold I'm guessing from the rain leaking or putting something wet in the trunk. They completely cleaned it out with there steamer! Looks brand new. The car was a mess and dirty from moving recently too so it was pretty nasty. The car looks completely clean, like new! It's two guys and they were professional and communicated well! They were very fast which was great! Especially with the major detailing they did! They are absolutely worth it! They work on your car wherever you want which is always convenient! Highly recommend them!

I called to schedule an interior detailing and they confirmed for 9am. At 8:50 I texted them saying I arrived. No response. At 9am exactly I get a message saying they were going to be 30 minutes late due to traffic. I wasn’t given a notice at all. I wouldn’t have had a problem if I was given a notice. After they arrived, they got started and I left to run errands. I get a message saying they were done and I went back to my car. When I got there they were putting their stuff away, I look in my car and there was still dirt on the carpet, dirt in my trunk, steering wheel was dirty, radio was dirty, etc. I had to tell them physically “can you clean this please. And this. And this.” I paid for a deep clean and I just got a surface clean. I shouldn’t have to tell a cleaning business what to clean. Pictures attached are what I saw after going home.
