I just needed one disc for my grandson, and staff was super helpful. And I was just honor to be there at the factory.My only comment is this is not the kind of store that you walk in and they have hundreds of discs on the walls you can peruse through. They have a showroom with one of each model disc and you can work with the staff to figure out what plastic you want and what options they have.

Innova has sooo many molds, which you'll realize upon visiting. Finally made the drive up last Friday, and it was well worth it. The staff are incredibly passionate and helpful. Loved being able to pick from a stack of discs the exact color and feel. Since it was Friday, I bought 3 discs and got a free champ Boss as F2 Friday deal. Love the new color glow firefly.They have like 100 used putters and 2 baskets which I practiced putting for 30 minutes. And the speed gun was fun to check out. Now I know I throw 30mph slower than the top pros haha.Love the banners outside the store. It sets the mood immediately. And they had live DGPT - MVP open in the show room.

Just received 4 F2 Halo Star Roadrunners, absolutely gorgeous, excellent long distance drivers. Thank you Innova for creating such beautifully flying discs and making the Halo 2nds available at this price.

I ordered a Halo Innova Mamba from the website based on the photo (which was a black spin dyed with gold foil imprint). It was black spin dyed with a black imprint, instead of the gold foil imprint. Not a huge deal breaker, but paying over $30 to get it, made my purchase a little disappointing. I know the discs won’t always look exactly like the photos, but I think the imprint color should at least match the photo. Or at least have a disclaimer below the photos or at check out.

Worst job I have ever had. I literally hated working there within my first c month. the reason myself and so many other employees hate it there and want to leave is because of management. This company has the biggest pathetic excuse of management I've ever seen. They play favorites and are extremely rude and disrespectful. Eric and Liessa are the reason so many employees end up leaving, they belittle you and disrespect you right in front of the rest of the staff. They allow employees to smoke weed and get high on the job everyday, I've seen it and several other employees have told me they have seen it as well. They claim they have a zero management retaliation policy but that is completely untrue. Everyone is afraid to speak up and say something because they know Eric will retaliate against them. I'm a perfect example, I tried to solve this problem by contacting the owners of the company and when Eric and Liessa found out it was me, I was fired immediately. Management retaliation is illegal in California but they do it anyway and HR and the owners don't do anything about it. Overall by far the worst management I've ever seen in my life.

As you may know, you can't pick the colors for an f2 disc. The Gregg Barsby Tour Series Halo Eagle came out and I just had to have one. I decided to gamble on a lightweight F2 Star Destroyer and just begged for a blue Destroyer to match the bag colors. Well Innova has made my dreams come true with the F2 in blue. A big huge company come through for the guy throwing all blue!

Throw another brand. There are a lot of better discs and disc golf businesses that deserve your money.I have done business online, at the location, as well as contacted customer service directly.Thanks for trying to discredit my review in your response. It’s a clear representation of your business and your shady businesses tactics. Worst disc golf brand and experience I have had since starting 20 years ago.It was when contacting your customer service regarding our business that I decided upon this rating.

I went here last Friday with my wife and 88 year old mother and it was completely awesome. The show room at first seemed a little small, but when you realized the enormity discs hidden behind the walls it becomes inspiring. Nathan first greeted me and set me up with Brophy who listened to the discs I wanted and disappeared into the back. I had researched there was a room where you could test your arm speed which I mentioned to Nathan. Off all of us went to the back room where there was a couple of practice baskets and a netted area to throw drives at a radar. Nathan was very gracious about my form. I threw some putts and some drives. (My arm speed shall remain classified, though clearly I know why moving up to MA60 this year) We returned to the front and Brophy had brought out about ten of each disc I wanted for me to choose from. Both Nathan and Brophy were incredibly engaging, knowledgeable. We shared some stories and some laughs. I spent about an hour here and left with ten discs. I highly recommend, even if you do not throw Innova plastic that you visit here if you are in the area.

Innova is great! I ordered some discs and the post office lost the package, but Innova made it up for it and sent me brand new discs free of charge. Go Innova!

Place is awesome, the workers there will get you everything you need. They only have the showroom which is small, I thought there was a bigger space available which was a let down but it was still cool to finally be able to walk in the factory after having to be outside due to COVID. I always pick up a few discs when I come here, it's very addicting. Go check it out for yourself!

Buyer beware!! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered several discs as part of a new drop. They shipped right away I was provided a tracking number all is good. The discs never make it to me. I call and am told that I need to contact the shipping carrier and open an investigation. Again not a huge deal, it happens. Carrier determines that the package was lost in transit so a call Innova to provide that information and see about a reship or refund. I'm told that they won't provide anything until they settle a lost claim with the carrier. I explain that has nothing to do with me and told that it is their policy. I asked to speak with a supervisor and am told that every one is busy and someone will call me back. That was 5 days ago and still no follow up. They already have my money and don't seem interested in the least in resolving this.
