Awesome customer service team from start to finish. Called customer service because we were having problems with our cameras, due to a new install, and we could not get them work. Customer services tried to help over the phone and unfortunately could not help. They called their field tech, Cruz Castaneda, and within 15 minutes he had our system working flawlessly. He was courteous, very patient, attentive to our concern, and over very all very helpful. He explained the issue and was quick to let us know if the problem persist to call back customer services so that he could help get us back on track. But are happy and confident that the problem is taken care of, thanks to Cruz Castaneda. Recommend.

Poor communication.No common curtesy.Didn’t care about my time. Do they care about their work?I made an appointment for an evaluation of my electrical circuit problem. I was told that an electrician will be at my house between 8 am and 3 pm. At 2:50 pm I called Hunt and was told that the electrician is still coming to my house. At 4 pm I called Hunt and no one answered the phone. At 5 pm Hunt called me to reschedule.No apology for messing up.Hunt has earned zero stars from me.

Tech Marco came to my house to reconfigure my HAR-NBR/DVR-4. Been out for about 8 mos when Spectrum replaced my modem. Couldn't get the initial installer to come back and reconfigure it. Another tech company couldn't figure it out. I decided to call Hunt and ask if they could recommend a tech. I talked to Marco and he offered to come out after work and had it configured in about 20 min. for a nominal service charge.Great system but very complicated if it goes down.Marco was great, need more people in the service industry like him. I hope Hunt Ele appreciates what an employee he is representing their company!

I couldn't be happier with my HAR304-8 system and specifically the customer service I received from them long after the system was installed and had been running flawlessly for over 3 years. One written request for help on their website resulted in an almost immediate call from them. Michael, walked me through the whole process and the issue was easily resolved and my system is again running flawlessly. And BTW, I believe in the end the problem had nothing to do with their product but was the result of a lose wire from installation but Michael stayed with me until the end. Super product and ultra super service.
