I wouldn't go here. As soon as I walked in one hour before closing, the staff freaked out. The three ladies up front were just chatting. I knew to have gone somewhere else. I dropped off my paperwork 2 months ago, now they've been relocated to another H&R office. Had to call today to check on my status. I would not have known where they were had my wife not called.
